I thought the esthetics of the store was inviting and enticed me to explore more. It felt like I found a unique gifting gem in the middle of Madison Ave.it definitely felt luxury & stylish! Fernanda was very helpful in fulfilling our needs & extremely patient. I would shop at this location again and would definitely recommend my friends to go visit this chic boutique experience. The home decor section was fun to explore and gave me ideas for my home. I left with two items! Thank you to the Madison Diptyque location!

This is my favorite Diptyque boutique in the city, it feels like stepping off of Madison Avenue right into the heart of Paris. I always discover something new and wonderful here. Alex is so fantastic, he really goes above and beyond not only to help me find what I’m looking for (when I’m not quite sure) but also to discover new items that I would otherwise overlook. The products themselves are superb and of a very high quality, my favorites being the candles and room sprays. Thank you Diptyque!

Today was my very first time at Diptyque and my visit at the Madison Avenue location was the perfect experience. Alex was more than willing to offer and share his knowledge of the brand and was super helpful with every request I’ve presented along with my questions. I walked in planning to make a small purchase but ended up getting a lovely holiday gift kit for myself. Diptyque candles are an important part of my creative life. The manager, Alex is super attentive. Wonderful service, I can't say enough good things about this boutique. I am definitely a fan.

Diptyque candles are great and I went to the store to buy a candle for a friend. The manager who works there is super sweet and really took her time and helped me pick the right scent for my friend. Such a wonderful experience and they do an awesome job with gift wrapping. @traveleen_gurl

I went into Diptyque's UES location on a mission to try a couple of scents on my skin, and I told the sales associate who came to help me, Fernanda, that I didn't plan to purchase anything that day. She was soooo lovely regardless and walked me through the whole Diptyque perfume line without being pushy, and even sent me home with the most adorable little sample bag. Fragrance stores in NYC can be so snobby but my experience at Diptyque was absolutely delightful. It's a gorgeous store and the fragrances are beautiful too! I'll definitely be back!

The smell of Tuberose just draws you right in the store. I'm biased because I work for them, but I love their candles and fragrances!
