Once again I come here to complain about this company from the DIR FURNITURE salon group, if you are a beauty salon owner, avoid buying any furniture, as it is a company that does not deliver your purchase, I have been waiting for my refund for three years and to this day I have not They refunded your money and if you cancel due to years of waiting and headache, they will not refund your money. Avoid this company! From the Dir furniture group of furniture, for the lounge, because on 06/28/2021 I made a purchase of a sink and chairs, and the delivery was not made, they did not return my money or deliver the chairs, and it has been three years and not even a chair no money, they are terrible people at answering the phone and rude, they hang up on you all the time, please, if you don't want a big problem and headache or even losing your money, and a terrible group of companies, all stores in all countries. And in Berminha and where I had problems.avoid this company, have you ever thought about making a purchase plan for your business and not delivering the furniture and not returning your money! And they still don't have good service, this is theft, they are selling furniture on the website but they don't deliver it, they are stealing your money on the website.

When I opened my salon 6 a go I order all my chairs the carts and the shampoo bowls and my front desk everything was beautiful but it doesn’t last I had a problems with the shampoo bowls in 3 years 2 of the the massage broke and I order and extra piece didn’t work and no one help me I spend more than $7000 and they just said they Can fix it and now I’m struggling with that because it cost me 900 each one I got 2 and the third one I ordered with not massage because of that, Im not a person who likes to give a bad reviews but I was upset because of the situation.
