We used Dish for our April 2022 wedding and they were incredible. The food was so delicious that some of our guests were asking who we used - even those we don't usually like "wedding food" said it was so good. The staff were also so professional and in-sync I was very impressed. I don't think I saw a glass not full or out of place the entire night. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I could not recommend Dish Food and Events enough. Not only was the food at our wedding absolutely OUTSTANDING, only confirmed by numerous guests asking us, "Who catered your wedding? !? ", but the experience in working with Evalyn at Dish was actually so incredibly enjoyable, comfortable, and FUN! When choosing a caterer for our wedding, we were looking somewhat blindly and the thing that attracted us to Dish immediately was their customer service. From day one Evalyn got on the phone with us and created a relationship- that really mattered. Dish was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the process from choosing main courses, to tweaking our cocktail hour choices numerous times (we nailed it!), to just chatting about general ideas, we could not be happier with the outcome. The coolest thing was that Evalyn became such an integral part of our wedding planning experience and always made things easier for us, which was always appreciated. She was out go-to the whole time. The work and professionalism of the whole team on our wedding day was also outstanding- they kept the food comin' all night long! I'm still dreaming of the waffle cones and chicken, braised short rib, and of course all the delicious dessert pass arounds! Could not thank Dish enough for their excellent service.

Dish catered our wedding at The Dumbo Loft and from day one to the final day of reflection after the wedding, we have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. We worked directly with Michael Guadagno and he was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He was always responsive and provided great recommendations/suggestions throughout to make sure our day went smoothly. Michael made everything from choosing our table settings, our final tasting, and of course, our wedding feel personal and special. The unanimous consensus from everyone (including us) was that the food was phenomenal. From the food, the service, and attentiveness from the entire staff, everything was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Dish to anyone.

I had an amazing first experience working with Dish Food & Events for an event my company put on. Their great communication made the whole process go very smoothly, the everything bagel trail bites they created were a huge hit, the sustainable packing they used on my request perfectly aligned with our client's goals, and their pricing and flexibility were wonderful. Throwing a party in my house is fun, but it can also be somewhat stressful trying to figure out how to have the best experience for my guests.and for myself too! This year for my big birthday, I decided to turn to the pros, and I contacted Dish to cater this party in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased!

I worked with Heather, who made the whole experience easy and fun, and I’m just so happy with how everything turned out. The food was insanely delicious, and the entire staff did an incredible job. They were all so warm and set the perfect tone for me and all of my guests. Heather helped me so much along the way in terms of the flow, what to communicate with my guests ahead of time, and she also brought flowers and candles to bring life into my home!

I highly recommend the burrata bar - it looked gorgeous and was a huge hit!

Once I got to speak with Michael Guadagno for the first time on the phone, it was done. After researching and also speaking with many (and I mean MANY) catering companies, it was so refreshing to speak with someone who actually seemed to care about us as a couple, wanting to understand our story, more than "what's your budget, how many people, plated or buffet, etc. " Michael asked questions and took the time to connect with us, and trust me, it's SO important to love the people that you'll be working with - Dish remained so accessible, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. Michael guided us with honest and helpful recommendations and advice. He was never pushy, genuinely cared about our concerns and questions, and allowed us to share with him our vision and he helped to execute everything on the day of flawlessly for all of our guests. And the food! We had SO many people come up to us on the day of our wedding raving about the food. And you know how they say on the day of the wedding, you're so busy you don't even remember what you ate or drank? Well, we remember the food and what we ate, because we ate everything, and we enjoyed everything on our plate thoroughly! Our wedding was at 501 Union in December of 2021. It was the best day of our lives, and we could not have done it without Dish Food & Events team's help. You will NOT have any regrets in choosing Dish for your event. Dish Food & Events was was wonderful! We highly recommend Dish. We worked with Evalyn, and she was beyond amazing! Evalyn understood the vibe we were going for, and she worked hard to bring our wedding visions to life while staying within our budget. Evalyn was very responsive to our questions and request. She was very easy to work with and she made us feel so comfortable. The food was SO GOOD! Many of our guest told us how happy they were with the food at our wedding. Overall we were so thrilled with our choice to go with Dish for our wedding.

Working with Evalyn from DISH was an absolute delight. From the start she made us feel so so comfortable with the whole process. Choosing to food and rentals was so much fun and she provided great insight along the way. Sign up for the day of coordinator add on! Their services weren't just helping the caterer, but setting up everything along the way, I didn't have to think of anything myself during the day of and it comes at a fraction of the cost of a regular coordinator. Multiple people came up to me and said how wonderful our coordinator was at the event. The food was GREAT and everything went so smoothly. I would book an event with them 100 times if i could. The food at wedding procor was amazing and the servers were so nice and helpful! As a caterer from another city I was very impressed.

My experience with Dish foods was 5 stars! I used them for a corporate cocktail party and ordered platters and to go style items. Everything from the ordering process, payment, delivery and set up was excellent! Not to mention that everyone loved the food choices. I will definitely be using them again for future events and will certainly be recommending them to friends and colleagues. I ordered the food through Evalyn and she was a pleasure to work with. Jesse delivered and set up the food. He was friendly, organized, quick, and punctual. Thanks again Dish Foods for helping make my event a success!

I was fortunate enough to find Dish Food & Events on line when searching for a place to cater and deliver Thanksgiving dinner. I can not say enough about this business. The food was fantastic. The customer service was impeccable. I knew we were taking a chance because I had no references but went with them because they would deliver. I would recommend this business again and again. We have never had a moister turkey or more delicious side dishes and desserts. It was sad for me not to be cooking this year - it's my favorite holiday. But, Dish Food & Events was the next best thing.

First time ordering Thanksgiving dinner for pickup and the whole process was very professional, and the Turkey and all the fixings were very delicious and really made our day special. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so glad I discovered Dish Food & Events! They catered our company holiday party and every single part of the experience was so great that we will definitely be working with them for any future events. Our Event Specialist, Evalyn, is phenomenal. She is extremely responsive,
professional, and even stopped by the venue to ensure smooth set-up. I knew I was in good hands with Evalyn, which relieved a lot of the stress of organizing an event! Our Event Captain, Tyler, was also incredible. Not only did he lead the food service perfectly, he was instrumental in problem solving some non-food related issues that popped up. And lastly, THE FOOD was AMAZING! It was complimented regularly throughout the night and people especially seemed to like the Burrata Bar. My favorite were the chicken and waffle bites. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful service!

Heather and her dream team made out rehearsal dinner for 60 followed by a Welcome Party for another 50 a truly fabulous event. We used the offsite catering option which was delicious and affordable. The passed apps were well presented and gobbled up. The dinner was delicious and beautifuly presented. The Welcome Party guests dug into the hearty options and desserts for late night snacking. Our venue of the Montauk Club in Brooklyn was very special. DISH is a smart operation with great flexiblity. We will work with them again for personal and business needs.

We had an excellent experience working with Dish Food & Events for our wedding. Heather Levine was our Day of Coordinator and helped us plan everything. From our very first phone conversation to the day of the wedding, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with everything. Due to the pandemic, we had to have our first tasting delivered to our home. Despite having to heat up the food ourselves, we were blown away by how delicious the food was. Luckily we were able to have our second tasting in person and had a great experience.

On the wedding day, the Dish staff did an amazing job with the setup and catering service (cocktail hour, plated dinner, cake, and passed desserts). Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how the whole event flowed seamlessly. We attribute a huge part of our successful wedding to Dish and our wonderful Day of Coordinator, Heather. Highly recommend!

Michael was outstanding! He was attentive, understanding and passionate about our big day. We had to reschedule our wedding so we worked with him for almost two years and he was so professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He handled so much of it with grace, from communicating with our other vendors, to informing us about next steps. Our tastings with him were fun and informative. He helped us make decisions on things we didn’t know much about. The result was a flawless wedding weekend with delicious food and amazing service. The attention to detail was seen throughout the space and evening. We’d recommend him and Dish to anyone looking to throw fun and personalized events/parties!

Dish Food & Events was great! They did an amazing job with taking care of all the catering for my wedding. I would absolutely recommend them in the future. We worked with Dish for our wedding at 501 Union and everything from start to finish was perfection. Heather was also our wedding coordinator and made us feel super comfortable and confident with every decision - and day-of, we didn't have to lift a finger! We were beyond impressed with the food, creativity of the options, and the willingness to create new options to fit our vibe for the day.
