Dr. Danielle is the best doctor at Doccare. ON 2/5 I saw Stephanie Fuller NP and I was not happy All she did give me a rx and not even check me out.
Today Danielle did a great job like always.
Mayolin was very helpful too

I had my physical done here They were very professional and thorough. Dr. Bigman was helpful and easy to talk to. He even provided some educational references of books and movies for a healthy lifestyle. I definitely recommend.

Today i call the office for help and thanks to Kevin he answer all my questions thanks so much he is a excellent worker

Dr. Bigman is a saint. We went in with my grandfather to obtain a medical certificate since he was previously diagnosed with COVID to be able to travel internationally. Not only did he provide the document after a thorough analysis, but he provided us with additional checks that although we did not require, was very kind and thoughtful of him to offer. So much did he impress me with how kind he is and how he wants to get to know every one of his patients, that I switched my PCP to Dr. Bigman from now on. It’s important to have a doctor as kind and as knowledgeable as Dr. Bigman by your side. The staff were also very kind, which just made the experience so much better.

I came into DocCare today as a walk in patient. I had a very pleasant experience. Mayolin, the senior medical assistant, and Frankie Payne, the Family Nurse Practitioner were very professional, compassionate, and ensured that all my medical needs were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical care.

This is the best doctors Office in the world! Mayolin is the sweetest worker there she is amazing when i seer she’s taking care of me i already know my day is going to be easy! I hate taking the covid test but she calms me down and makes me feel comfortable.hands down my favorite and DR. Bigman don’t let me get started on that amazing doctor.my grandmother has passed which hasn’t been easy to handle and it’s like he seen it in my eyes and told me they have a therapist for grieving and more.that really excited me cause i have anger issues also and wanted to speak with a therapist and now i can because of him.he’s very easy to talk with and feel comfortable with also.hands down i never wana switch my doctor or the office and everyone else that works there is also so very nice and awesome i just don’t know all their names.

I was seeing dc. Frankie Paye which was very unprofessional. I was see that doctor whit pain, and all you can know fromDr.exipirenxe whit my simptoms you can tell that i have a urine infection but i didn't get any antybiotyk because i need to wait for Dc.to come back to work.
So for 10 day i safer with pain.
She sent me for a blood test, the results of which was take four days later and the doctor gave me paincular pills for only two days, when I called for a further refill, I was told that I had to wait until the next day because that day the doctor did not work, I had to wait with the pain because no other doctor could prescribe me a refill. When I call the menager to complain, she told me that I should make another appointment with the urologist, didn't make a since. I think this is unprofessionalism on the part of the doctor. And the menager!
Very bad experience

My experience to be the first time they are not professionals, they do not give a good service, although on my card is the name of a doctor, I was seen by another. My appointment was 5: 00 pm, I arrived at 4: 30 pm and I left after 7: 00: 00pm. They do not have a good administration.

I love DocCare and the professionalism of the entire staff! And Dr. Bigman is the best! I also want to say I will miss Dr. Weiss tremendously but wish him the best in all of his endeavors!

2 years later and I'm still greeted with a friendly professional support staff like Mayolin Arias and Melissa. Following Dr. Bigman's suggestions I have never felt and looked healthier in my life. I'm back to the same weight I was when I was a junior in high-school. He's not just my Primary Care physician, he's my health mentor.

First time here, and was quite surprised with how this urgent care functions. I was immediately spoken to by the front desk (Arjan), and got straight to the point with professionalism. With just a short wait time, I was called in by Irene (one of the employees), and treated my quite well. Took my Bp, weight and so on, and waited for the doctor. Normally you would think that it’d be a long wait due to doctors being so busy but, Dr. Bigman shortly appeared and continued with my physical very quickly. From my first encounter, I could already tell how concerned he is with ones general health, and even hands every patient a wellness checklist during these tough times. Overall 5/5 and will certainly return for any needs!
