Doctors of Optometry - Eastgate Plaza, Williamsville NY

Was told when I made appt with Lenscrafters my eye exam was free with my insurance but when I cashed out was told it would be $40
I would have gone to another place where I would not be charged for exam

My experience was great!
The Dr.and staff are kind and curtious. They got me in at a reasonable time.
I went there for an eye exam and to have them make new lenses for my frames I already had.
Usually they can make standard type glasses in about an hour however, I choose the Transition lense treatment for darkening in sun. So that will take up to 2 weeks to complete. No problem, I was expecting that.
I will definitely frequent going here as needed.

Dr. Morreale was very professional at his job. He made me feel very comfortable explaining what was going on in my right eye. I felt at ease leaving then when I entered. Would highly recommend him. The young lady that did my pre testing was very nice, she did tell me her name sorry I forgot it.

My recent experience at LensCrafters was totally enjoyable. All members of the staff were professional, friendly and courteous. Having little or no optical care insurance coverage, I welcomed the sales/discounts provided by LensCrafters.

I visited this location on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't have been happier with my visit. Dr Mark was awesome and nobody there was pushy at all trying to get me to buy glasses/order contacts right away like I've seen with other places. I will definitely be back!:)

Everyone was pleasant and personable. The manager who waited on me answered all my questions I walked in without an appointment and was able to have an eye exam right away. Picked out a frame from a great selection of designer glasses and will have my new frames in 2 weeks. Can’t wait to get them!

The exam was very well done. I felt expertly cared for by patient, kind people. The facility is spotlessly clean, very beautiful and stylish. The price was as I expected. I was not pushed or harassed with annoying sales tactics. I will only go here for my eye care needs in the future.

Doctor and staff were friendly and kind. Equipment was nice, didn't know things are going more digital nowadays. Frames selection was decent but slightly lacking (I have a large head and prefer plastic frames with tall lenses). Can't really give a hard time about not having my lenses in stock due to severe astigmatism. Overall great experience.

Exceptional customer service by the store manager Patricia Regan, the Doctor of Optometry of that location was excellent as well. I also want to recognize the optician Bashir and Allie, they were also excellent. The entire experience was beyond what I expected. I happened to go on a whim as I needed new glasses and I’m glad I did. Love the location and staff. The manager also found the perfect glasses for me after I described what I was looking for. The best LensCrafters experience I’ve had so far! 10/10.

Dr. Morreale is a CARE giver and health educator before being an ‘eye doctor. ’ Superior standard of care. The office people were all welcoming, friendly and helpful too!

I was automatically helped the moment I walked in by Patty, and then Allison gave me a wonderful pretesting and was very helpful and informative. I love the atmosphere in this store. Doctor Mark was also extremely nice and I loved the side conversations and he was helpful with my prescription! Overall, I will definitely come back to buy glasses at this store!

Easy to schedule, easy to register, best eye exam in at least 20 years! Dr. Moreale is great - thanks to his recommendation I don’t need my readers as much anymore! I will definitely come back!
