Everyone was very professional and friendly and clear in their instructions and in explaining what each test was for.

The eye exam was fast, simple, and everything was explained. The whole staff was incredibly friendly! I had walked in randomly the day before and hadn’t planned on getting anything, but I found a pair I liked and I enjoyed the vibe of the place; the manager that day, Jason, was available but didn’t hover or rush me, which I appreciated. And once I decided to move forward he was able to get me in the next afternoon. I’d definitely recommend this location for their friendly staff and great selection of glasses. Plus, if they have your lenses there and need an hour to put everything together you can go shopping while you wait.

I really like this place with a welcoming great staff and the doctor was very attentive and caring my eye exam went well! I’ve experienced many places having vision problems since I was young and this is my favorite spot I’m so glad I went here! Thank you to you all!

Everyone was great especially the technician the did all the tests and the front end staff who helped me purchase my glasses. The doctor was a little standoffish and didn’t really ask about concerns or anything like that. It just seemed like he was annoyed to be working and wanted to get out ASAP.

Have never had to wait long for a scheduled appointment. They are ready to assist you always!

I am disgusted with the service I received. I have been going to this facility for years and yesterday ruined my experience with this company.

From having someone new in training being left alone to conducting an eye exam on me and she was late on top of that. She made so many errors and no one was there to guide her.

Then on top of the horrible exam experience- that eye doctor did not pay attention and gave me the wrong contact lenses.

When realizing the mistake the next day I called the facility addressing everything and how poorly I was treated and the determinantal/serious of the incorrect contact lenses, the facility could not accommodate my to my schedule to fix their negligence.

I have to wait another day to get the proper treatment and lenses.

Poor customer service, poor service.

The young female eye Dr was great. Very understanding and thorough! So did so well I decided to spend another $900 for Costa sunglasses

The tech could not work machines actually had to leave the room to get assurance and the had the nerve to chastise me for moving my head! They were still unable to get accurate pictures! The the "Dr". I explain everything that was going on and yes it was alot, but I also explained I'm a cancer patient and theses are in fact side effects of my medication. I also explained that I can't see well 9ut of my glasses, which I was wearing. She stated that due to the change in my vision she felt I should go to a retina specialist. I had no problem with that but I needed contacts as I had none and I can't wear my glasses all the time. She refused to give me them! She proceed to tell me that they weren't even able to get a correct size for me because I must have been blinking alot? Are you kidding me! So after being charged $89. For what I'm not sure I left, in glasses that i made are very unsafe! I will never step foot in any lens crafters again. This is by far the worst experience and customer service I have ever had! You should pay me my money back! I'm sure this will be tossed aside as it won't fit your marketing profile, but word of mouth can be just as powerful! Shame on you!

The eye exam went very fast, and the staff was very helpful in ordering the specific style ray bans that I wanted. Would definitely return again!

Everyone was very kind to me and Karen worked on getting me a good deal on new lenses with all that I needed. The doctor was very kind, all staff was very courteous and professional and used my preferred name and pronouns. Equipment was new, the facility was very clean and in great shape, had a very gpod experience here, will be returning!

Brian was effective and funny at my most current eye exam and I will be getting my prescription sun glasses exactly as I'd hoped.

My optician, eye doctor, and everyone I interacted with were all incredible, including Frank at the front counter. I look forward to seeing Dr. Kolo next year!

They where amazing! Having diabetes and they are watching out for my eyes to help take care of them and what I need to do. I love it there.
