They could have seen more done for me I had surgery there and now I have a bigger hip than another which trauma psychologically damaged me

Horrible experience with doctor delmarow botched surgery. Don’t be fooled by his nice positive attitude.

I have been trying to get in contact with the staff for weeks left several messages and not one person has emailed or called me back. I was told they are short of staff and to either wait or just simply visit the office. Horrible customer service I'm nervous for my upcoming surgery with them concerned if it even happens even though I've paid thousands of dollars so far.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I NEVER write reviews but I want to warn people never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism. They are impossible to contact the COO "Jack" is outwright ignoring my calls regarding my refund since their unprofessional doctors have cancelled on me.

Horrible Management. Spoke with a Ms Cru, z who is a manager and was rudely hung up on and refused to return my $1000 deposit. They under went new management and no longer provide certain cosmetic service they previously offered and was told I cannot get my deposit back unless I do surgery which I don't want to do. I was told my deposit prior to new management can be used for other services and how is it my fault that they switch and didn't give customers notice. She was rude and the patient coordinator also doesn't respond to emails as well. I will be in touch my my lawyer and she hung up on me. Not understanding of my concern of loosing my deposit. Maybe she has $$ to loose. Horrible! Be ware! Horrible manners and non professionalism!

Dr. DelMauro, although he wears sarcasm as his personality, it was a good surgery. That doesn't mean there weren't any obstacles with infection, open wounds, etc. Between his explanations and my understanding, there was a disconnect and there were issues leaving me with scars, needle-sized holes that fill with pus (?), oil (?), and dark pigment around the incision.

After my initial check-ins every two weeks post-op, I was told I would see the doctor again for a 2-month follow-up (End of Dec/start of Jan). I was not asked to schedule it before leaving thinking they would call me when it was closer to that time as they've done on other occasions. Yet, I never received a call.

Now, due for my 6-month check-in, I called. Spoke to someone who didn't apologize for not having followed up (even though it may not have been her role specifically but a general "I'm sorry we missed this on our end. Let me get you in at the earliest availability. " would have sufficed.

Instead, she told me it was my responsibility to make the appointment before I left or called to schedule it. Even though when I checked out at my last check-in (October) there was no mention of this. They're only good at checking in and following up before you give them your money, clearly. After that, fend for yourself.

The surgeon is only in 2x a week on which one of those days he didn't have any availability. My month of April is planned in advance and because I will be out of state/country during the time he is in office, I wasn't available and couldn't schedule. I asked the woman if she could contact me if there is a slot that opens up on a Wednesday morning. Flat out said 'no'.

I hope I do not have complications and even if I do, I will not be returning to DPS, DPS Staff, or to Dr. DelMauro.

Dr frank lelazar is a wonderful dr he really spends time to explain ever And wants the patient to be happy with the result I had a reduction and my life changed I can move get dressed confident and I healed so fast I can’t see my scar anymore

Dr. Bruck is hands down the best Plastic surgeon in that facility, He performed my breast augmentation in 2016 and I remember I was a little upset because when I woke up from the anesthesia he told me he had to place smaller implants because they didn't look well on my body frame. Let me tell you that was the best decision he made! I am still highly satisfied with my results. He is professional and has excellent mannerism. I decided to come back on the site to seek info for a friend and decided to leave my review, Hope this helps:)

Its been a month since my breast augmentation surgery and I have to say I am 100% satisfied with my results. My breast look and feel natural. They are exactly the size I wanted them to be and my incisions are barely noticeable. My surgeon Dr, Atlman did a great job! I highly recommend Doctors Plastic Surgery. Lots of thanks to my surgeon and the staff they were very friendly and comforting through the whole process.

This is by far the worst place.had a procedure this year February and my result are just sad.don't waste your time and money here.i am so miserable that I even waste my time. I did a breast lift with implant and immediately I knew my results where bad.they charge so much money. I would not recommend anyone going here

Please avoid Dr. Del Mauro! He will be super sweet and comforting but please don’t overlook this review. I’ve had surgery with him and he leaves horrible scarring. I am not the only who has been left with disfigured scars. When I tried telling him the issues he denied anything was wrong despite telling him that other surgeons said he botched the scars. It turns out he has done this to other girls and will mediate (pay off) these patients so that they don’t leave reviews.

It’s unbeliveble how can this Doctors don’t refund peoples money, even tho with 2 weeks cancelation….

Amazing lip filler results! Dr. Shah is the best, he’s so knowledgeable and informative. A month later and my lips still feel and look plump. Staff was so friendly. Patient coordinator Kimanie was super sweet and took care of everything very quickly. Will keep coming for more! My fav new spot!

Dr shah was amazing! He was very gentle with applying fillers to my face. He explained everything in detail before even applying the filler! He is the man to see! Will be coming back!

I was definitely skeptical and unsure of DPS prior to my surgery because of how reasonably priced it was & because of all the deals they offer, but I am SOOO happy with my breast augmentation results! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Domantovsky in December and am sooo happy with how they look and how they have healed! She was very realistic and understanding of what I wanted. I wanted a natural look that fit my body type and I am so happy with the work she did. The recovery was so easy and surprisingly painless. I would 10000% recommend a breast augmentation w/ Dr. Domantovsky. She did an amazing job.

This place is horrible. I wish I could give negative stars. I went in for 360 lipo but was pushed in to a tummy tuck instead as that was supposed to get rid of loose skin from lipo and remove more fat. I was assured my belly button would look great and my stomach would be flat and my sides in to part of my back would receive lipo. The areas that I was told would be getting lipo, were not fully done at all and I was given excuses, I was left with extra sagging skin flapping on my sides from day one, my belly button looks deformed and my stomach looks absolutely horrible. I have to pay significantly more at another place to have this damage corrected. They lie to take your money and pretend recovery is not as bad. I've been in pain and discomfort for over 9 months. I've consulted with other doctors in other clinics who have commented this place is "low cost and low service. " When requesting my medical records, they were sent incomplete (they don't note down all the complaints you have from day 1 and then pretend the issues you have with the surgery are due to anything else or recent complaints). My medical records were also sent with incorrect information/errors. The manager Yelena is not responsive at all. I was told my file would be sent to the board for review and would take a few days and followed up for weeks to receive no response. My "muscle repair" in this tummy tuck was more like muscle damage. I have no kids, just wanted to remove some fat for a bit more shape/curves and I look ridiculous. My stomach pulls outwards and then separates to each side in a strange way. I had a small frame and my stomach has somehow been widened. I want to warn people not to use this facility or Dr. Delmauro. The clinic is highly disorganized and even during my first consultations, my paperwork was lost and I had to resubmit them. I was given one quote and when it came time to pay and I was booking the date they had "forgotten" to add something in and charged me an extra 600 last minute. My stomach looks like there is an alien trying to rip out of it. I highly regret using this facility and want to warn people not to book their procedures here. I've been given the most ridiculous excuses and they pretend this looks good and doctor will tell me I'm looking hot when I'm looking deformed. You can literally see the absurd look. I've also gained a ton of stretch marks that were quite painful as my skin rips and stretched out further when my stomach pulls outwards on the sides (and I've lost some weight so the new stretchmarks are due to this muscle damage that I was left with).

From day 1 they have been amazing! Originally I wanted to go to Miami to have my procedure done, because it was the most “popular” & least expensive place to go. But, Miami offices lost me with their horrible customer service. After doing some research, I was blessed to come across DPS! The 1st phone call I was sold. What really made me comfortable was the fact that I was required to have an in-person consultation where I met with my actual surgeon before even booking!

Dr. Shah performed my BL/BA. His staff was absolutely amazing. A big thumbs up to Yuri (spell check) the anesthesiologist! He made me feel most comfortable. I was a nervous wreck, but it was him that made me feel safest.

I am 3 weeks post op, with amazing results. I am very happy I chose this office. I would highly recommend having surgery here. For a little more money than Miami, it’s worth the comfort, the professionalism, & the great results! Thank you to their entire team!

Dr Bruck did my breast and tummy tuck. He is extremely knowledgable and a very good listener. He is highly skilled. Hands down he is the best!
