Dollar General, Ballston Spa NY

I can shop there and get the items the Big Box Stores can't keep in stock. Shop in ease and safely.

Low prices and friendly staff but limited refrigerated items due to half of the cases being out of service/ broken.

I was able to get a large envelope so I could mail paperwork out. I got quick service and very polite. All employees and customers had masks on.

Went in but didn't purchase. I was really just checking prices compared to a few local gas stations.

Got to this store shortly after opening. Could barely move through the aisles due to carts of product that needed to be put away in just about every other aisle. Wanted to get paper plates and the entire shelf of plates was blocked. Employee was less than friendly, made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Not sure what happened here because this store was awesome when it first opened. Always clean and always friendly employees,
Not the case anymore. I'll only go here as a last resort

I always forget that I don't like the layout of this store, it has always been crowded as to the aisles and misplaced or stocking units. Staff is so so depending on the time, just not as home town feel as the other.

Store was ok, kinda messy. Clerk was fairly nice, not mean but not overly friendly. I'd shop here again but wouldn't go out of my way

The cashier was friendly and they seem to have a fairly large selection. A lot of name brands which didn't seem to be any cheaper than Target or Walmart. The off brand stuff must be where the savings is. Biggest complaint was that there is absolutely no service of any kind anywhere in the store. Dropped a call, failed texts, no internet on my phone.

Went for pretzel rods or any pretzels.out of stock on a Wednesday afternoon Nd pretzels at 2 bags for a dollar at a dollar store. Last visit

The store is centrally located. Inside it's very neat and it has all the things you need for a quick pick up and more.

While the store was decent a lot of the items were over priced while Walmart has the same item for a better value. Save your trip and go to a better store

Store clean and employees friendly great place to get a great deal many name brand and generic very cheap great place to shop love saving money also has a app and digital coupons for Dollar general

The Dollar General in Ballston Spa has a variety of products. Each day going is like you are in a different store, always something new. I have been in this store on several occasions, various time of day, and the store is always well organized. All staff will go out of their way to assist the customer. The store is an asset to Ballston Spa. The store is well maintained, always clean. I know the manager has a lot of input for the store organization, etc. Thanks to the manager and staff working well together is what keeps this store enjoyable, etc.

This DG does a very nice job of maintaining inventory, cleanliness and a solid customer service base.

Linda is an awesome employee that meets you and greets you and checks out all my items. She's always smiles. She's an asset to this Dollar general location

Their name represents absolutely nothing about the dollar nothing is a dollar and things that are on sale or higher price than anywhere else straight up told me we're a convenience

Know the people and they are like Families to me. The price is the best in town. As well have everything I need.

Need to be more organized and needs more people to check you out. But you can not beat the prices.

Good deals, convenient one stop shop. Got Advil, drinks, dish soap and paper plates.cheaper than the grocery store.

This dollar general in particular was very unorganized and had things tossed everywhere. Waited ten mins at a register. Just awkwardly standing there with another customer waiting to make my simple purchase.
