Dollar General, Schenectady NY

One of the cleaner more organized Dollar Generals I've been too and, as always with DG, decent prices & products

Everything is in its place, courteous employees. I shop here! Thanks so much for all you do in dealing with this CRAZY TIMES!

All the customers they have at several times a day. It makes no common sense that one cashier is handling only open. The line is always overfull and it has been atlease a total of anywhere from 12or more waiting on line to pay.and it is nerve racking

I usually go for the cleaning stuff and it's always available, and snacks, too.and that too is always available.

As long as the employees dont overstep my RIGHTS to keep my liberties all should be well. Otherwise no more buying there.

I love going there nice employees always helpful. Close to house very convenient. Pam is a wonderful manager.

Long line from register all the way back to the back wall of the store, with only one person on register, not the first time this had happened

Definitely doing alot better since they moved into the bigger space. Im there almost every other day. Most of the staff is great

If the sign says masks are required by customers, you would think that people would follow that. Not here! Women with babies, teenagers, even store employees can’t figure out how to put the mask on over their nose and mouth. Nobody Said a word. Stay clear of this place!

I like Dollar General it's convenient to get a lot of things rather than going to the regular grocery stores

I give the three stars based on the quality of this dollar general to other dollar generals. This particular one isn't very organized, clean, nor fully stocked with many items.

Lines are always long and the store is in need of a good cleaning. It's hard to find things there because it seems very compacted in.

Third time I have been to this store in a year and all three times there was a long line and only one checkout open. The other employees were walking around the store.

Today makes the third time this month I've walked out without buying the things I wanted because there was only one cashier working with a line backed up nearly to the entrance. The management should be ashamed of themselves. Each visit would have been $25 or more. And two of those visits, I saw other possible customers walk in, look at the line, and walk right out. Not acceptable.

Clean store much nicer than average store just getting better and better for Those other stores are doing well.

Definitely like the new updated store much better than the smaller one. Better organized and quicker service.

You can find just about anything you need, but the store is a wreck! Boxes unpacked everywhere, aisles are cluttered and it quite frankly gave me anxiety being in there

Great store with hardworking employees but can we get them some help! The line is always at least 5 people deep.

I like to think that the store has reasonable prices. The store is always in a mess and I hate that they have one register open

If i could give this place a negitive rating I would. They moved to a new store front but still dirty and disorganized. Most employees (there are 2 good ones) are unprofessional, rude and will fight with you over their pricing mistakes. Customers are always wrong here. I don't recommend this place at all
