When shopping as the story yesterday? Had 2 book bags with us wasn't there for about 10 minutes? There was other customers in the store as well longer and they singled out my family and trying to tell me there was there was no backs allowed in the. Store told us we had to bring them up front. I don't understand why they singled out my family and not the other people I did not see a no bag Policy The employee would have never known if my son didn't ask to go up to see if there was a bathroom And he followed my son to come back to us So I think they should stop Following their customers around the store If they're not doing anything wrong And the employee was very rude and the story is very dirty and nasty And not clean this happen at 4/5/2023 at 4: 53
I live in MS and ordered online, so my daughter that lives in auburn ny could pick up from that location. The store had the option to pickup at 4 to 5 or 5 to 6. My daughter gets there at 5: 10 and the store is closed. I am so disappointed. If the store closes at 5, then shouldn't have the option to pickup at that time online.
