3Here visiting family & experienced the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Laura was extremely nasty to each and every customer & more importantly her staff. Not saying the customers weren’t important but my goodness. These people are coming to work to make a living & get treated like an animal. She needs a reality check. Plenty of jobs are hiring. If you’re miserable where u are then go find another. Makes no sense to treat ppl so nasty!
So much has changed yet again with this store. Can't even fit a shopping cart down some of the isles, blind corners everywhere, I'm terrified of running into someone coming around a corner I can't see. So many slip and fall and trip hazards here. This store is a lawsuit waiting to tank dollar general as a company.
Stopped by today employees were outside smoking left my purchases at the register. Customer service sucks. Do you want to work or smoke me outside? !
