Dollar Tree reviews
16Horrible experience they have a assistant manager named Joel who works there and he is not friendly to the customers he gave me and a elderly women attitude and made me feel highly uncomfortable was very unprofessional while arguing with me because I told him to relax.that man has serious issues and I will be telling friends and family not to go to that dollar tree if he still works there I don’t want anyone to get harmed by the assistant manager who have anger issues!
There is always a long line. Thé store would only have one employee on register. You would think when the other workers would see how long the line is, that would be a cue for one of them to open up another register to get the line going But instead they would run to go hide in the back. A simple visit would turn into a 40 minute wait on the line. Everything is cheap but majority of the shelves are almost always empty.
Needs to work on their staff to put the products up and sorted out properly after hours. Customers are just unjustly with not putting stuff back.
This place was a chaotic mess when I visited. There were boxes piled high in the aisles, merchandise was very disorganized, half falling off the shelves.
Currently the stores have supply chain issues for reasons too complex to go into here. The shelves go bare for weeks at a time waiting to be restocked. It used to be done promptly each Sunday night. Food items are being kept on shelf too long. I bought a bag of Homestyle Corn Chips and it was stale. I had to throw it away. Otherwise and normally service is good and people are friendly and get to know you by face. If there are any problems they come from the business model itself. In order to make everything a dollar they have to hire fewer people. This causes very long lines as only one or two cashier's are on duty at a time. If it gets really bad they bring on a 3d. Between noon and 3p expect very long wait times. Surprising is the number of name brands. People find this a really good place to party shop with many items so inexpensive but nice looking you don't mind using them only once. Really good selection of balloons. Interesting toys and games you don't find anywhere else. Large greeting card section. Materials for homeschooling all compliant with Common Core Curriculum. Religious reading material. This is still an excellent store that helped us all during the pandemic. It wants to overtake Walmart and it may just do that. Normally I would give them a 5 *.
The slowest workers in history. The store is half empty and aisles were blocked off with boxes that haven’t been open
Not really one of best dollar trees. It is always half empty shelves. The only good thing about this dollar tree is that they generally keep their refrigerators stocked.
The store has all your holiday needs greeting cards decorations and health aids all for prices that simply can't be beat a dollar a piece
They never have what your looking. For they had boxes of merchandise outside in front of the freezer and only one cashier.
Stocks run fast even with a full varieties of stuff but as usual I always come home with everything I wanted
I love this dollar tree and Hamilton ave. They have great managers and staff worker there. Always have great stuff there! Now a days went people have little money to buy thing for the family thank you dollars tree! CONEY ISLAND TOO! DOLLARS TREE! HAVE GREAT STAFF TOO!
The staff here are unbelievably rude. It’s painful to interact with the employees, avoid it at all costs. I have never seen employees act so disinterested and directly rude to each other and to customers. I’m not sure how quality the work experience is with Dollar Tree, maybe so horrible at this location the employees act out, but also in my lifetime of work I’ve stocked and cashiered and know very well how simple it is to not act rudely - I’m not even asking for politeness, certainly wouldn’t bother to look for friendliness. Dollar Tree, please evaluate and retrain your Thursday morning opening staff.
O start bc they don't have enough staff working there.there's like 3 people for the whole store
Slow and crowded. Social distancing at its worst. The shopper's act as if they don't speak english when you ask them to back up on the line.
Dollar was interesting. The workers had sweet personality. The customers were rude and they handled themselves professionally
