Dollar Tree, Bronx NY

This is one of the worst Dollar Trees I ever shopped. The store is totally unkempt and dirty. While there i noticed that there was merchandise on the floor and out of place. Giving the store an uncared for appearance which was the first thing I noticed after walking through the door. There is no reason for the story Another problem I encountered was that a number of shopping carts were not functional because their wheels were unlocked. The manager needs to take responsibility for this messy depressing store. The only good thing I can say about this store is that the staff are really helpful and nice. They should not have to work under conditions like that.

Loved this place until I watched the decline. The lack of enthusiasm coming from staff is terrible and the attitudes are totally uncalled for. People are always stealing from there, boxes everywhere. Shelves always empty. Ghetto, ratchet and sad. Uphaul again soon. Find people and managers that actually care about the store and don’t give up again. PLEASE!

They had Everything I wanted, however the store was in disarray so the challenge was finding it but once you got through, they had it all. Kinda being short on workers made the lines long, I would go again though!

This is one oft favorite dollar trees. So much variety. It is messy, but what dollar tree isnt! The favr that every item is a dollar is awesome even balloons and they have a big array of balloons to choose from. And the blow them up. From household necessities to gardening tools, kitchen items. So much to choose from and its only $1.00. But be careful it adds up lol. First time I went to a dollar tree they told me total was 54.00 I was like "I thought everything was a dollar. " "Miss you have 54 items. "

You order to pick up in store and they never can find anything. Store looks horrible. They never pick up the phone had a manager take my number and still haven’t heard anything. If I could give them no star I would!

The store is nice but the people who frequent that store is not nice the employees are very helpful and very nice but the customers are terrible I will never go back to that Dollar Tree I will look for another one. I love to shop in Dollar Tree

Awesome Price an items bring more different things like Hardware supplies screws etc.keep the shelves full of different products.

Its very unfortunate for me to put this star rating because actually the staffs are nice there, but the store is poorly organized and hardly have any items you need available or either opened up as apparently stolen, also you have customers that just doesn't know how to behave in a store. Unfortunately this is my local dollar tree store and it's supposed to make good business here because its located in a very busy area where trains and buses transportation are connected but again unfortunately for people like me that likes to do diy's crafting I have to be searching elsewhere. I'm sad about putting this out.but its the truth. I wish somehow it could get better.

No carts were available. Aisle were crowned with still packed/unshelved boxes. Many shelves were bare. The store needs a better management team to fix these problems.

Great n and affordable always, is always a mess, but is customers fault, i seen it, careless people, but every store i visit always the employees doing their best to keep pu the store.

It was too hot and they only had one cashier working at 6: 00 in the evening on Halloween also all the shelves was empty.

It was ok I had to beg the manager to blow up some balloons and tell her I need them for a babyshower that started in an hour she looked like she was annoyed Bout it but did it for me anyway, I found it ridiculous that I had to beg to get some balloons blown up other then that it was ok

Usually properly stocked, more the 1 check out available. Always clean and there's escalators & an elevator for access upstairs though sometimes the down escalators break down due to kids jumping on them.

Great for a Budget. Everything in the store is a Dollar. U can't beat those prices. Everything is a Dollar Check them out! The is Quality and some of the food can be microwaved. No Lie! Eggs a Dollar. Soft Loaves of Bread a Dollar!

One of the biggest Dollar Tree stores that I've been in with a large variety of items. But, sometimes it's very messy due to the area that it's in and some of the type of people that shop there. Also, they seems to need more staff. Other than that it's pretty ok.

It is a very economical store, everything is $1 per item. There are no variations and no surprises. There is also a two-way escalator and an elevator.
The Bx5, Bx6 and Bx19 busses as well as the #6 train all stop directly outside the door.
Hours are daily until 9: 00 pm.

Dear people let me tell you that here you can find all the best things that you want. For the kids. For the home and kitchen and for the and the best wonderful and delicious food. You can get good drink. Ice cream.water. Guess what? Everything is just $1.00.yup, no kidding.

Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this dollar tree, the place is always Bananas, No one knows anything.shelves are always empty and boxes every where.incompetent and rude.

I would've loved to rate it zero stars but that wasn't an option, i went to two separate locations and the following was true for both locations. The cashiers were rude (Monica from store #4729 and Marlene from store #5191) and the stores were dirty. I went in for one item and couldn't find which was fine but the attitude on these women was absolutely ridiculous. Next time I'll think twice before heading to either location.
