Dollar Tree reviews
14It's like walking into a hoarder's home.the pictures from 6 years ago and 4 years ago literally look like today.nothing has changed. Boxes everywhere. Items just thrown on the shelves. It's like sifting through garbage going there. Sorry to leave such a bad review.but management should really do something. I went in there early afternoon on a weekday, I doubt there was an influx on people that came in and made the store look that way. I'm not sure my three year old could make that mess that's in there.
OMG! This store desperately needs Stock People. There were skids and cases everywhere to be unloaded!
Always faster service, When I visit there. I m a regular. Love the store. Always require an item if the store is out of it. Have a wonderful shopping experience there.
Lady who works here is very rude, bumped right into me and didnt even apologize or acknowledge it
Walked in around 12 noon Line consisted of 15 people waiting to pay The cashier was doing her best. Yelled another associates name 3 times to help then finally she said she “couldn’t “ (she was stocking shelves,) why is that a priority with a line to the back of the store Then customers started yelling for anyone to help VERY POOR STAFFING AND UNWILLINGNESS OF OTHER TEAM MEMBER TO HELP I have a video of the line if you care
I would give zero stars if possible. This place is filthy and disgusting. Store is always in disarray. How this is allowed to continue is beyond me.
The workforce does a great job. The inside work environment is disgusting. The owner needs to take a good look and address the interior’s substandard appearance.
This location needs to close. It is absolutely disgusting. There has been a section in the back closed off with caution tape for months and months. The carpet is atrocious, the shelves are always empty and but there are boxes everywhere. Today my mom tripped on nails sticking out of the floor. There’s literally dips and cracks in the floors all over. Its a law suit waiting to happen. I cant believe I'm leaving a review for this place but it truly is THAT disgusting. I don't get it because the two on hempstead turnpike are always clean and well stocked. A few employees there are so nice and i feel bad they gave to work in those conditions.
It is probably the most nastiest one I've ever been to giant stains on carpets, holes in ceiling, evidence of water leaks in back with holes in floor. The only reason I am not going to give it a single star is the cashier she was on point fast, courtesy and very nice her name is Tiffany she needs a medalfor working there.
The store is a mess and very dirty. Also alot of times there is only one cashier and the lines are usually very long.
Cashier was great but there was only 1 cashier for many customers. Also not much on the shelves
Good place to buy some snacks for $1 but there's usually stuff scattered around random places.
They allow ppl with no masks in the store, and it's not right if everyone else has to wear one and the store is a big mess, they need to get organized
Great chain for cheap staple items, decorations, paper goods etc. This location was a little bare on the shelves with lots of unopened boxes in the back. But that's probably due to covid-19. Nice register help.
