Dollar Tree, Bronx NY

Like to go to this store but it needs to be cleaner everything is all over the floor shelves are empty.

I have to give a 3 because every time I go the party and toy aisle are always blocked off with carts full of boxes! You can't even navigate around it because they block the whole aisle! Ridiculous!
6/22/19: I have to drop this now to 1 star. The toy/book aisle is always full of boxes and blocked off. Most of the shelves are empty and dirty/dusty. Very disappointed into what this store has turned into! This has been the usual for the past few months.
5/14/22: so I have to say they have definitely cleaned this place up. The aisles are not as cluttered as years past. The cashiers have also improved. Before you had these young rude teenagers working. Although some still have an attitude but not as bad! You can definitely find a decent amount of DIY things. Which I feel they could improve like other stores I see in other states. So continue to improve our Dollar Tree in Parkchester!
12/3/22: they have cleaned this place. But I find is not as stocked as other stores or as organized. Over the summer they improved with the organization but with the holidays they seemed to slip back again. It would be nice to see all the items that other cities enjoy. Or maybe we have to get better stocked.

Closed before time. Even it wasn’t even 8: 30 and online and on their gate it was clearly mentioned 9 pm

Well stocked and service could be improved, clean well stocked. No longer well stocked and needs to clean up

Management is so dump.we wait too long to pay the item. They don't have sign where make line.
So some people make line on aisle 5 some people on aisle 6.no rules

I hate this place, is messy with boxes in the middle, staff are very rude, isles empty most of the time and the smell of rats or mices in there is really bad. I called it *RAT PLACE*. Is a shame cause that building where the store is located is new.

Good as can be, there being only 2 cashiers. When I ask why thete is a line to enter, the man answers I'm tired of repeating myself to everybody. Well how about a sign on the door with an explanation.some solution. So I tell him I'd like to speak to the manager, he says I am the manager &I'm still not gonna tell you. Granted he may be exhausted, regardless the reason, it's not my fault he's frustrated & earning minimum wage. Wrong attitude for a manager, they must be desperate for quality, qualified personnel.

One of staff she’s working today 06-04-2022 time 6: 58 Pm 1st registere she’s white, I can’t see never ever any cashier like she that kind of unprofessional and rude

What's not to love prices are great especially for people like myself that live on a fixed income and the employees are very helpful and caring

Been this this location twice. Neither time did I have to wait in insane amount of time on line like others in the Bronx. Even when there are long lines.

Ghetto loud unprofessional employees on their phones and being rude to others everytime i go but the store is stocked most times can't complain about the price

It’s your typical dollar tree store except this one always has a line that starts in aisle 5 that goes from the front to the back of the store, mainly because they always have just 2 cashiers that move slow.

It is mind messy. But what dollar tree store in NY is not. They have workers. Only cashiers and they do everything in the store. But was very empty. I went in and out within 10 mins. Got what I needed

I like this store for its great selection of items, which at times I can't find at other locations. The aisles are wide enough and comfortable to walk through. Many party supplies, bath and beauty items. Pretty home decor. Wide selection of foods. Friendly staff. Near public transportation bus Bx4. Within walking distance from public transportation; buses Bx36, Bx39, Q44 and Parkchester station number 6 train.

Variety of Christmas stuff at very low price even canned goods to all types of accessories

If you're going to cop an attitude on your customers don't be surprised for nothing when they clap back and another thing making a single line is a gross violation of safety especially during a pandemic many places don't do this should have multiple lines assigned for multiple customer service agents running the registers. This is why family dollar's is better than you guys. If you want to cop an attitude with people for clapping back at you for treating us and bring vocal to us again as if we skipped the line the second time when the first you had a damn sign hidden on the corner of the instructions maybe next time reconsider where to put the sign and 2. Reconsider where you work if you hate your job. Merry Christmas. Hope Crampus doesn't visit the Christmas tree. If you have other issues see a therapist or talk to someone close to you about those issues before you do something dumb again.

Always pleasant and quick service. To know when the shelves get stocked will help one out greatly in getting what one needs

Just letting everyone know. Still a great store to shop. Shopping can sometimes be a bit of a hassle due to merchandise inventory in isles waiting to be opened and shelved.
