Dollar Tree, Rochester NY

I stopped at this location to grab a fresh supply of birthday cards, gift bags and tissue paper. I was happy with the card selections (2/$1), there weren't as many sizes of gift bags as I would have liked (now $1.25) and had to dig to find the 24 sheet packs of tissue. All in all, a good store, it could be a little more organized.

Store manager is wonderful! Does her best to get me everything I need for my store! Customer service is excellent!

Well, prices finally made dollar tree, 1.25. Some things are ok but some things are still cheaper at Walmart for the same item. You need to know your prices!

Always a in and out can do better to upkeep store but definitely a regular spot.cashiers are always nice!

I love the dollar tree the only thing I don't like is that when the shelfs are looking empty there should be one person atleast one person going to each lane to make sure the shelfs are being constantly stocked people come in and look forward to spending there money at the dollar tree store so make it easier for the customers to find what there looking for with stocked shelfs. And keep ordering the best items sold at certain locations keeping those items on hand and if that dollar tree doesn't have it in stock be willing to help customers find it at another dollar tree locations. Went to this dollar store this afternoon to pick up supplies (including helium balloons) for an event. The two female staff members working up front were so helpful and kind! A great experience. Kudos to them!

Not too bad when and if they are stocked up. Also beware! Isles are always crowded with boxes and dollies and the long lines are always slow due to only having one cash register open.

I love dollar tree! They all have great cleaning supplies especially. This one has very little selection as far as storage bins and things like that go, but product selection varies greatly between locations anyway. Staff is very friendly and efficient!

Good Customer Service. More of a Selection of items at this Location than other stores! I Love that they have a WHOLE wall of socks! They come 3/pack for $1! You cant go wrong!

Under a new management and it shows staff are great store is clean better than 4 months ago

Employees are very rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to bring out stock that they have in backroom when there is none on shelves, tried for 5 days now, never had such poor customer service!
