Italian Restaurant DomAdi's reviews
8 I normally don’t like to leave reviews like this. I’m not the type of person to give a hard time. I usually give a business. Another chance if they mess up. However, I called in an order for breakfast and I came in 15 minutes after to pick up the food. When I came in she gave me a hard time that I came in too early and she didn’t even make the hashbrowns on my order. I asked her to just credit it back to my account because I couldn’t wait. I had somewhere to be she said the system was down, and since then, has been refusing to credit me. I called in the next morning to see where the credit was and they lied and said they had a call on another line. When I said I was going to dispute the charge then they said oh let me hand the phone over to her at that point I’m just over it, they someone who spends a lot of money on food over two dollars is the principal of being an honest business owner and not being rude to your customers. I would not recommend coming here. The egg sandwiches weren’t even that good. I Would pick out from guges dogs any day over this place. I ended up paying $19 for two egg sandwiches and didn’t even get my money back for the side. The owner was pretty rude to me.
Edit: I have the phone records to prove she’s lying about coming in “5 min after”. Lying only digs you deeper into a hole. Have a great day.
Long wait, driest chicken I’ve had in my life, saw the server drop food then pick it up and put it back in the plate then serve us,
Unfortunately, due to their strict hours, I've been unable to try them out. Most people work during the week in between the hours that they are open - closing at 3: 30!? And then they're not open on the weekends. They certainly are missing out on a lot of business with these hours
Ordered takeout online.ordered 3 sandwiches 1 was wrong 1 was stale and they all had very little meat.i was missing chips and the broccoli salad we ordered as well. I drove 45 minutes round trip because of the good reviews and saw it was veteran owned.called the store and the girl said “ do you want me to get my manager because I don’t know what to say. ” well maybe “sorry”?
the manager seemed very inconvenienced to have to deal with it too.she said she’ll refund me.won’t be returning.sorry.
Egg sandwich was excellent. High quality bacon and plenty of it, the hard roll was fresh and delicious - difficult to find genuine hard rolls around here.
The food has always been quite good but this most recent time I ordered hash with eggs and bacon and found a long blonde hair in my food. Specifically in the yolk of the egg. Hair nets should be required for all.
Great local sandwich shop. The atmosphere was family oriented. I ordered the Turkey Club and it was amazing definitely was a Huge sandwich and it was enough for 2 meals! Can't wait to go back.
The chicken salad with apples was yummy! So was the tuna sandwich. The Zucchini brownie was out of this world!
