6I have no idea why I'm paying these people $60. Have no idea what they do for us. The worst.
Terrible at getting back to you unless you owe money. Repairs take for ever and the staff is incompetent.
Every time I've called, they are always able to help me out with my needs.
If I could put a negative number I would. Rental home is literally breaking in half due to foundation issues and I am paying nearly 2 grand for this house. I was a couple of weeks late which I paid late fees and he had to nerve to file eviction immediately and wants me to pay legal fees. Worst company ever.
Their response to urgent matters doesn’t exist. They think that things fix themselves. Terrible way to treat the people that pay for their salaries.
The place is terrible. They don’t like to inform unit owners what their maintenance fees actually covers - like insurance if your unit is damaged due to an outside element like rain water getting into your apartment. They like to tell people to go through homeowners insurance, which is NOT true. Homeowners insurance will cover damage to your unit if the damage was caused by an internal issue (from inside the building). Any damage to your unit caused by an external issue will be covered by insurance that is paid as part of your monthly maintenance fee.
