I was - and still am - skeptical of homeopathy, but Dr. Masiello is a caring, professional, and deeply knowledgeable doctor, and my health has improved since starting care with him. I have been recovering from a traumatic brain injury for several years, and was referred to Dr. Masiello by a different specialist whom I deeply respect. The specialist's treatments have made a huge difference in my recovery, and he is himself a patient of Dr. Masiello, so that is a referral that I value highly.

I have certainly noticed improvements in my health after every remedy Dr. Masiello has prescribed. When I had a mild case of COVID during the height of outbreaks in NYC, he was available by phone despite his office being closed, and whenever he suggested a change in my treatment, I noticed significant improvement the following day. His hands-on osteopathic manipulations have always been very helpful, and I have noticed sharper vision and improved digestion and appetite afterwards. (I am not a skeptic of osteopathy; it's a well-established branch of medicine and you need all your parts in the right place for you to work right!) Dr. Masiello is clearly dedicated to his patients, highly available, knowledgeable, and experienced, so if you are open to homeopathy, I would recommend him.

Dr. Masiello treated and cured me years ago. He was a vital resource in adding value to my medical care for a chronic imbalance. My journey in complimentary medicine began with a visit to the Atkins clinic in the 1980's beforre he became known as the diet doctor. That experience put me on the path to finding Dr. Masiello and I would refer him to anyone interested in finding non-toxic responses to illness.

I didn't even get to see this doctor after his extremely rude receptionist cancelled my appt accidentally and blamed me for it despite receiving email confirmations which I provided as proof. The receptionist blamed me, was condescending and rude, and insisted on fighting instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, especially for a new customer that was recommended to him by an existing patient. Then she called me back again to explain what happened, and I asked her if I could call her back since I was on the phone with my doctor. She didn't care and continued to keep talking twice because her time was more important than mine. I called her back only to be blamed yet again, and then received the following email today.

I spoke with the doctor about our telephone conversation on Monday, September 21,2020 and he feels that it is best not to see you as a patient in this office. We have cancelled your appointment and refunded your $50.00 deposit.

The doctor doesn't even know my side of the story but cancelled this appt regardless. I also called to clarify these multiple appts I had in my calendar, and no one called me back in several days. It's a shame his receptionist treats patients with major health issues like this instead of treating them with compassion. I will definitely let my wellness practitioner know who recommended him highly to me about this horrible experience.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Masiello. He listens to my health concerns and follows up with questions. He is a thinker and a researcher and follows up with a remedy. He has helped me with some health scares and I am grateful for his knowledge and wisdom.

Dr. Masiello is one of a kind. He listens to all of my concerns and actually treats me as a WHOLE and not just one symptom. He’s helped my chronic back pain, fatigue, mood problems and any time I get sick he finds me a remedy, which helps way more than my traditional doctors. (For example, once I was really sick in my third trimester of pregnancy. My traditional dr told me I’m going to have to stick it out and be sick for the rest of my pregnancy. Which I thought was crazy, so I went to see Dr. Masiello (I didn’t go originally bc I need to travel to him) and his remedy cured me. I was SO relieved once I got better!

Dr Masiello is amazing, as an homeopath and Osteopath!
He is listening very well and helped me a lot during the Corona crisis in March and April as I I had a mild form, I was on the phone with him every morning with daily changes of homeopathic pellets.
He did also heal my knee pain that I had for 2 years with 2 sessions of osteopathy.
