Domino's Pizza, Bronx NY

Horrible service and delivery service, drivers are inconsiderate. Customer service places you on hold for more then 10mins. This locations especially is overall horrible. I can’t even post a picture of my food because I never got it.

I want to give the delivery guy five stars that delivered my food today. It’s raining outside and he delivered my food on a bike and he still had pleasant customer service. If your reading this I say thank you!

THE WORST.always get my order wrong and delivery takes HOURS! When I call to complain the waiting time is horrible.

Never received my order and I paid in advance. The order says delivered but I never received my order

They take way too long to deliver, on the website it said estimated delivery time 35 minutes, now the delivery tracker has been stuck on checking my order for the past 50 minutes I'm still waiting. I really like some of their pasta dishes, it's a shame that they take forever to deliver.

My boyfriend and I ordered food at 1: 00 and the store closes at 2 they processed my order and the delivery man left the store and my meal was suppose to be delivered at 1: 52 then suddenly it turns into 2: 15 then 2: 30 and I’m calling the store and nobody picked up then after I called the 7th time they answered and I asked what happened and they claimed the delivery man called my boyfriend which was a lie because nobody called his phone! The man I was on the phone with at the store then proceeded to say since there was no answer the delivery man tossed the food away and of course I knew that was also a lie because the delivery man never came back to the store. They think I’m stupid I know for a fact they took our order and the delivery man kept it for himself because to him that was a free meal and dominos can easily refund me the money in 2-3 business days. I was starving and these idiots really played themselves! It’s okay though because I’ll be popping up at they’re location today

This Domino's either needs to close down or fire every single one of their "workers". There's no such thing as customer service. They keep the phone off the hook, and leave the pizza in "prep" for 2 hours. I give it 0 stars.

The worst WORST PIZZA DOMINOS STORE THAT COULD EVER EXIST! LITERALLY IT TOOK DAMMM 2 HRS TO BRING MY PIZZA AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT THE WRONG ORDER. I CALLED THE STORE LOCATE @ 2075 JEROME AVENUE ON 167 St IN THE BRONX NY! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 56min I EVEN SCREEN SHOT SO PEOPLE COULD SEE WHAT BAD SERVICES THIS PEOPLE ARE PROVIDING. THIS STORE SHOULD CLOSED PERMANENTLY THIS IS THE WORST DOMINOS PIZZA! HERE IS THE PROVE OF HOW LONG I WAS ON HOLD

I placed my order online at 7 PM I didn't get my food until 9: 30 I called numerous times and was put on hold instead of getting to speak with a manager I'm calling back now and cant get through at all of course the food is cold and we dont want it dont order from Domino's especially the one on Jerome

If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered something with a card about 4 hours ago and it says the person left the store about 1 hour ago but never came and the store is now closed. Worst Dominos ever they don’t pick up the phone. Don’t waste your money on this garbage!

Awful. These people don’t know the meaning of “on time”. You could order from ten pizzas from papa johns and they’d get delivered faster than one small pizza from dominos. Awful place. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I am absolutely disappointed with Dominos pizza. I ordered online through the website and my local dominos was 0.5 miles away from my residence. My girlfriend insisted on getting dominos. I ordered at 12: 30am, the store closes at 2am. I was following the tracker and it said “Bryan has double checked your order 1: 26am, and it stood that way for the WHOLE night. I was up waiting from 12: 30am to 3: 30am for my order and it NEVER came to my residence nor did the tracker say delivered or en route. The actual tracker STOPPED tracking my order and went back to nothing being processed! I was given no call or text message on the delivery when signing up for the SMS tracker. So my girlfriend and I were up for 3 hours in the middle of the night for ABSOLUTELY no reason! If this can not be rectified, this will be my absolute last time ordering with dominos pizza! I received no text, phone call or email during the time I ordered and waited for my pizza!

Worst place to order from the employees are so rude! Both times I have ordered my food has arrived hours later cold. I decided to give it one last tyband after waiting for two hours I called and the manager said we are no longer delivering. They should have called and let customers know. Instead you get attitude and disappointment from this location!

This place literally makes me not want to order from dominos ever again. Not once have a ever gotten a delivery in time. The employees there are disrespectful and the dominos tracker isn’t accurate. The Maria girl always has an attitude when she answers the phone and delivers the pizza. I’ve been ordering from here for years and it still hasn’t changed. I’m surprised this place hasn’t gotten shut down yet

Used to be a good branch. Last few months orders are taking long, pizzas are made with order mistakes and are generally sloppy. Just ordered online and waiting for the pizza for an hour and 20 minutes and counting. No one answers that phone which is typical with this branch. Very disappointing.

I wouldn’t even give it one star.
Other than my order taking 2 hours and my pizza being uncooked they forgot to put sauce on my pizza! The delivery man took my 20$ and did not give me change unless I asked then he only gave me 2$! 2 when my order was 10$! I had to recook my pizza because the dough was raw.he made me walk to his car to pick up my pizza. I’m astonished

I ordered a pizza 4 hrs ago and it's still not here.never ever call to deliver from here, I'm literally ordering from papa John's now from how bad their service is.
