Domino's Pizza, Rochester NY

The worst experience ever this place is down the street from my house I come here three times a week and they couldn't even break $100 bill will never come here or any dominoes again

It's a Domino's. Not much else to say. Domino's quality for Domino's prices. Good if you're craving fresh baked pizza on a budget.

Told me 30-40 minutes. Ended up taking nearly four hours to even start cooking the pizza. They lost a lifelong customer

I called in two times, first time when I called Steven answered the phone call. At first, he said in order for me to get the deal 2 medium for 5.99 I had to do an online order. Then I called again and want to order again, again Steven answered the phone call. He was very disrespectful. I went in to pay and get my order the minute I walked in he is like u better know what u have to order. Very disappointed because I am a everyday customer. I asked the managers number he was who are you? I am not going to give u the number. It’s disgusting to see what kind of person is running the shift. You guys will loose a lot of customers if he is still works their. Definitely calling in tomorrow again to complain. I cannot wait to till tomorrow morning. I did not even get my order.

Not good. The only pizza that we were able to eat was a gluten-free one which was actually cooked. The other 2 were mushy messes. No manager available to take our call. Ended up tossing a raw, whole pan pizza in the trash. Inedible.

Always great, reliable and of course the amazing price. The instore employees and delivery drivers are pleasant.

Messed up with my order. Order one with alfredo sauce delivered one with bbq sauce. Should have checked it!

Ordered evening of 10/1/21. Called for the order, went to pick up but they didn’t find my order. The guy was sick of his job apparently. He asked me “show me your phone that you called here. ” I showed that the call was almost an hour ago. Then, ”call me again, I want to see your number. ” After extremely rude attitude and despite proving my case, the guy was throwing his hands around while I was calm. Yelled “ I don’t have your order and don’t have your pizza. YOU NEED TO WAIT AND THATS HOW WE ARE GOING TO PLAY. ” I just walked out and the guy kept talking. I would have waited if they were reasonable. Pizza Hut is not too far and we got the pizza. Waited there for long time but nobody rudely yelled.

Codie did an excellent job on my pizzas. I order an unusual customization to my Thin Crust Pacific Veggie and it was made to perfection. The other pizza I ordered for a friend. Each was a hot, delicious and symmetrical work of art. High-Five, Codie! Had I not been so hungry I would have posted photos.

My food was brought to me I went to get the food and it was a dog in the backseat when it was another person in the passenger side my food was not in a BAG I called and the guy I talked to the guy was very rude told me I couldn’t get a refund and hung up the phone I called again a lady Answered and was rude and told me the me the manger will be their in the morning one WHY is there no manger there or nb we could of talked to

Fast service and nice employees. But they eat in the prep area which i feel is unsanitary. Food is always good

Every place that delivers especially in henrietta in which is only about anywhere from 7.5 miles away to 15 miles away and it only takes about 5 to 15 minutes to get to Scottsville and they will not deliver to Scottsville. They should not even mention that they deliver when they only deliver about maybe 5 miles away. This is what they should say instead of lying about that they deliver.

Place has a bad batting average lately; very high percentage of poor quality pizzas.
They'll be rushed into the oven an amorphous blob and rushed out the door without cutting all the way through or putting their garlic-parm.on the crust

I stopped in for a couple end of the week pay day pizzas, and I had a fantastic experience, the customer service was great, the crew was working VERY hard, and I left with a smile on my face.
This location highlights the ideals of focus on customer service and timely service, it was the best experience I've had at a pizza shop in a long time.
Everyone working that night deserves a thank you from the regional managers.
