Domino's Pizza, Bayside NY

I complain because I didn't get the pizza for 1 hour and 30 min. They told me delivery guy is human too.just wait.almost 2 hour. I still didn't get the pizza. But they told me it was delivered. But I never got the pizza.when I told them I want my money back. They treated me kind of scumbag who wants to have free food from them.

Disrespectful people work here.

Do not give this dominos business or even think about ordering curbside pickup without the very rude brown lady yelling at you that she will never serve you again. Why is curbside even an option if you’re going to be angry to do it? I’ve did curbside here before and the male worker had no problem giving me my food. Just because I was unable to park directly in front of the domínios because of other vehicles it was a huge deal and angered the lady worker so much that she told me she will never serve me again. Please, listen to the negative reviews and avoid giving your money to this place.

This place is horrible! Don’t go to this Dominos. They don’t use any gloves and are not sanitary! NOT SAFE TO EAT. They disrespect the Dominos name.

Horrible experience today! I had placed an online order for a pre-K graduation. Everything was confirmed, as soon as I got the text message saying pizza is ready I went inside. This very rude lady said no pink up orders. I showed her my phone says ready for pick up she said “No, you have must have placed it at a wrong address”! I was confused so I look at the app & certainly I wasn’t wrong! The order had been placed so I showed her a screenshot. She still said no it’s not here. So rude didn’t even try to help me out! I was left with no choice but to call but that’s even worst dominos phone service is the worst honestly! So I was left with no choice then to order it there and pay for it again. She was rude about it too telling me she can’t apply the promos I had used because it’s no online. I was just over it at this point so I paid. After I pay she shows me the computer of the orders she has & I immediately see my name there! She somehow didn’t see it accusing me of giving her the wrong number. She coulda definitely look into this before charging me AGAIN for another order. At this point I really needed the pizza for the kids so I didn’t even bother fighting nomore. She had to cancel my order caz I paid twice at this point! Honestly worst experience ever! Such a shame because this is a beautiful neighborhood but she messed it up for Dominos! Never coming back! Plus the pizza was mediocre not even worth all that hassle. Oh the funniest part is that at the end she said if I want any sauce for the inconvenience. Really like sauce could fix this issue. Wowww

I hate this store if u could give negative stars I would every single time I order from this domino’s I have a problem they always make my order wrong and when I call after ordering to make sure they understand my order they said they made the pizza already and i was only waiting 5 minutes and 35 seconds for someone to actually answer the phone the guy was rude and nasty and I promise I will never order from this dominos again or any for that matter

This location will occasionally mess up my delivery order but they're very friendly over the phone. The delivery driver was very respectful!

My boss order pizza for us. When the pizza was delivered, I was told it was not paid for when I show them the receipt from my boss. Horrible.

Wish I could give zero stars if it was an option, but they have the WORST customer service. They never contacted saying that the food was here and we found ants in our food. Called the store to say something but they just hung up on me after I told them what happened.

This was my second time ordering from them and first time the order said 30 to 45 min delivery and came about 1hr 30min after ordering this time had a problem with card so had to call store and mention to store associate special delivery request and was informed it would be OK but never got relayed to driver. And that is why 4 stars food was good and right, and people were friendly and professional about everything maybe next time they might get more stars

The assistant so called Manager did not have a mask and no gloves and touching all over peoples food. To make matters worse, she was on the phone (headset) and talking loudly chit-chating. She eventually messed up my order and I had to wait another 15mins. When I got home, my order was messed up yet again, and she forgot my sauce for my bread-sticks. When I called to let her know what was missing on my order, she got defensive and said she put them along with my order. I would never go back to this disgusting place.

This is a great place to get dominoes pizza! Beware if you order for delivery, the costs add up quick because of the delivery charge

-Terrible phone services, I called because the gift card I got wasn't working on site. They ask me what was my order, waited for 15 minutes and then told me to order online instead. Before, I could ask them another question they ended the call.

Apps says it’s ready when in reality it is not, clearly their way of trying to make it look like it’s prepared faster than it is. Wasn’t busy inside but ended up waiting for about 10 minutes.

Employees have no Masks on spitting in the food as they speak the online tracker said that my order was ready 20 minutes ago, and I'm still standing here waiting for them to put their masks on and give me the food.

I ordered only one large vegetable pizza and they charged me for $29.99
Unbelievable, so expensive service. Never get back and no recomended for everyone.

Curbside pickup app does not work. Waited outside for ten minutes past expected time, then called store, and the order was sitting there, while the app status indicated it was still " baking"! Better to go into store to pick up, or your pie will be cold.
