Domino's Pizza, New York NY

Horrible. Waited over an hour for my pizza. Received my pizza cold and they refused to send me a fresh pie so they canceled my order. There was only one delivery man. It took him an extra 30 minutes which was outside of the time frame my pizza was supposed to get delivered. It wasn’t even warm. It was completely cold.t’s ridiculous. Never ordering from here again.

These ppl literally take it upon themselves to add charges to your card you can NOT use any debit or credit card even when purchasing through their site they are scammers! I initially thought it was a PayPal issue just to find it’s literally the ppl of this dominos taking it upon themselves to add charges to your card!

Placed an order through the app, everything went smoothly. Delivery guy (LUCINO) didn’t want to accommodate me, by delivering to my apartment door. I was told by (LUCINO) hes NOT coming to my apartment to deliver my food and he will be canceling my order, and that’s exactly what he did. I called the store, the young man that answered was very polite, but unfortunately there wasn’t anything he could do. My funds were returned. I tipped him & would’ve given him another tip in cash, but that’s okay. I’ll be ordering from a different establishment, and that delivery person will deliver to my door and he/she will receive a nice tip. With the economy doing so bad, you’d think people wouldn’t turn down money (lol) welp.

Waited over a hour for my food to arrive without any dips or toppings i ordered and no drinks.
Just dry pizza and wings.
Very disappointing.

Horrible service. Delivery Man was ill-equipped. On several deliveries, the Delivery Man didn't have the receipt or proper change - another way to con his way to a bigger tip. Also they do have the option of flagging your address, I noticed.this business needs new Management, new Owners, new Staff. I WOULD RECOMMEND Domino's on E 116 St (#3511), for more superior service.

Placed and Over the phone, The representative was very rude and Rushing to taje the order His Name is Anthony, very bad costumer service! Took my order wrong and when called to fix my order took the same or more time to replaced it an kept repeating for me not to eat the food that was send… Isn't more than obvious, I was not going to eat something i didn't order and Like.
I think im defiantly done with this location, i understand living in East Harlem may not be the best, but you don't make it better if you do things wrong from the very beginning.

They messed up the order and refused to fix it. And stated that there is nothing they can do Arthuro the Manager does not No any English nor understands English. Jorge is another with very bad customer service skills and bad English… THEY TALK ABOUT PEOPLE IN SPANISH NOT KNOWING I UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE and then when you tell them they stay in speechless. This place is a joke and they should close down. Or get new team members.

Worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from in my entire life they have rats running across the counter by the food and they are very nasty and unprofessional never order from this location!

Although sometimes they fall short in their services and don't get the food orders correct, the food is fresh and tasty. You can receive a good deal upon ordering from the 5.99 (if you pick up) to 6.99 (for delivery) menu. For example you order online and select from the deals, like a pizza, sandwich, pasta etc. And its a good deal.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!
This dominos location used to be on point……about 15 years ago! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I ordered $50 worth of food, including the tip. The delivery person did not want to deliver to my door and barely spoke English.

I had to call the store several times. They often do not answer or you are put on extensive holds. No where does it state online that customers must come downstairs. Once I finally received an answer after the 3rd call, I was answered by someone who I later found out was the supervisor. However, when I said hello after she answered, I was transferred to someone else (the deliver guy) who shared that the person I spoke with previously was the manager. Initially, he told me there was no supervisor available and that the one on duty did not speak English nor did she know how their system worked. I’m confused, is there no manager available or does the manager just not know how to mange? The time it took the delivery guy on the phone, the food could have been brought upstairs.

Note to dominos: your customer and food service is mediocre at best. More often than not, what keeps you in business is the fact that people just do not want to cook. Therefore, the longevity of the business moving forward has to be in jeopardy. You all have revamped rewards, menus, etc, yet the customer service is subpar. If someone orders food for delivery it means they do not want or cannot go downstairs; if dominos is unable to fulfill and deliver orders equally from home to home (door to door) then the service should not be offered! Get supervisors and employees on duty who can address customers’ concerns and inquiries! Although we are facing a pandemic, dominos has declined in service well before now. Each time I attest that I will not order ever again, I allow years to go by and retry. Not to my surprise, I am failed again each time. Not only did this business lose out on a $50 order and the employee lose out on a tip but they have also waste product and time. This is counterproductive to the bottom line. Business cannot continue as usual. Now, more than ever, service delivery needs to be increased.

To the future customers: if your pizza looks discolored, old, used and abused, it was probably mine from today. Beware!

Good Luck ordering from this location. I would honestly just order from the local crack house instead.

DOMINOS you should definitely close this site down or replace the whole entire team especially the Manager this site is making you look bad as a company orders 7/10 are always late not hot how pizza should be eaten one day they are going to give attitude to the wrong person hope all goes well with that the day it happens

It is dominos what can I say. Sometimes the pizza taste good Sometimes not so good. Have some new people working that treat people like they nothing. Bad customer service.

This place is a rip off. They make the worst pizza in East Harlem. Pies are completely dry. They are cheap with the sauce and any items you request on you pizza. And to top it off you pay 75 cents for dipping sauce which they never deliver. This place will rip you off.

I came in and ordered the pizza at this location.
Great customer service and store is clean. It was busy time but they were very efficient.

I ordered three orders of hot buffalo wings. Instead I received three orders of fried wings with a side of habanero sauce. When I call some man got on the line to say he saw the sauce on those wings. When I said I'm not sure what order he saw but my order has nothing, he would just repeat the same thing. Finally he agreed to send me three correct orders with the condition that I give back the other three. I don't know why he thought I would want to keep food I didn't order. Honestly, if you want to order from this place then don't ask for delivery. This way you can check your order right there.

It says on their board: ready. Online: complete. But when I get there, it's the opposite. The cashier even agree that their system is not accurate.

This is THE WORST dominoes they have taken over an hour to bring a pizza ONE BLOCK! Terrible service!

Terrible service. The delivery person NEVER follows the directions I place on my order and is very rude when I tell him that they have not followed my directions. They tend to get my order wron as well.the delivery is just very bad. The store also NEVER answers, need to fix immediately.

Do not order from here I waited 2 hours for my pizza and the pizza was cold the pepperoni smell old the sauce was all over the box wish I could put a picture up to show everyone if you going to order pizza order from dominos on 116 Lexington I repeat the pizza looks horrible like they just hurry up and made it I repeat do not order from here

Sometimes good (adequate sauce per order) and sometimes not. Loiterers outside the front door are bothersome.
