Domino's Pizza, Brooklyn NY

I would never order from here because I order at 9 o’clock and never received my order. No one even answered my phone call and I was at work for 9 hours today. I just wanted Bread Bites. I don’t have a picture because I haven’t received any food.

Excellent customer service, straight to the point with the menu and overall a good place to catch a quick pie (well, that is if your like me and going to get a small/medium pie).

If I can give this location a NEGATIVE X I most definitely would. It took forever for my order to be delivered, the driver was unprofessional and rude, he told me he was 1 min away and did not deliver my order. Then had the audacity to tell me over the phone he waited 10 mins which was a complete lie, he have other deliveries I can wait until he is finished or call the store for a refund. As I’m doing this review I’m still waiting on the phone to speak to someone & it’s 30 min so far no one has answered. This is exactly why some customers don’t tip these drivers because of of workers like this driver.

It’s unfortunate I couldn’t give zero stars. Would’ve had food for days had purchased groceries instead. A complete waste of money and time.

The reviews of this place are horrible and I get it because I've ordered from here several times before and have had some not soo great experiences. I took a chance and gave it another shot because the kids wanted dominos. My order was amazing! The pizza came piping hot and delicious. The delivery guy was very nice. The delivery time online was about 10-15 min off but it still came within a reasonable amount of time. I hate to say this but I have realized a difference in quality and professionalism depending on who's working. When the Middle Eastern guys are on duty, it's spot on. I gave 4 stars despite how great my last order was because as I said, it's hit or miss depending on who's there.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. ONLINE. I received a extra burnt pizza with no chicken on it. Instead I received onions all over the burnt pizza. Highly upset. I will never order from them again this was they third time. But tonight took the cake and oh yeah I'm still waiting 1: 06 am now, ordered an hour ago. Sad you guys shouldn't be in the neighborhood. I'm completely DONE! The area is disgusting so the people working there don't really care. They aren't eating the food they put into the neighborhood. Proof below never ordered this, don't look like chicken. I'm upset about reading these comments. I should've read through it before ordering.

I went back to retrieve my money. If your food is missed up from these
people demand your money back. Raja Ali is the store owner. NOT TO MENTION WHEN I DID GO TO THE STORE THIS PLACE WAS DIRTY IM NOT KIDDING AROUND.

Deserves ZERO stars! On Friday June 17th I placed an online order and sent someone to pick it up. They returned without the 2 drinks that were on the order, and since they had purchased drinks, I called to ask for a refund. I was told they are only the call center and they would connect me to the store. After unsuccessful attempts, they took a message and assured me the store will reach out. Three days later and I am still in the same predicament. After finally speaking to the someone in the store they hung up on me. Luckily, I called again and spoke with Primo who was helpful and finally helped me with the refund.

I wish I could have given this store a 0 star, because 1 start is the lowest. I order a pizza and some wings from them, they said my order was delivered and I never even got it. They took my money and I want my money back, I have been calling to at least get my food because I never received it and they never picked up the phone. This a very UNPROFESSIONAL store location.

Very terrible I ordered a pizza since 8pm it said it was delivered at 9: 15 and nobody even bothered to call me I called the store and I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes nobody is picking up the phone ‍️

The lady in the front was an absolute delight. That was worth the extra wait time for my pizza. Pizza is always good, that's a given.

Would’ve given 5 stars but They don’t answer the phone and it took about an hour for the food to be delivered but by the time it came the food was still very hot and all of it was delicious. The Brookies were so good and the pizza was hot. The sprite was not cold tho. Wish they gave me one from the fridge instead.

My pizza box and pizza looked like he threw the pizza in his car not before dropping it on the floor. Then have the nerve to be rude dropping it off.

The absolute worst! You could call this store 500 times they don’t pick up. Charged my card for pizza I never received. Waited 3 hours for delivery before i started calling to find out what’s going on. No one ever answers. Customer service is worse. Tell you you’re # 32 in queue then repeatedly hang up when you get to 5. Deleting my app today. HORRIBLE

The Employees were talking without mask on over the food while preparing the pizza, not wearing gloves. Also saw another employee standing by the oven to retrieve the pizza pan out of oven with her hands in her braids touching her hair near the food. When I questioned her actions she was rude. I immediately got my refund! Beware with your food…. These ppl are disgusting!

Why is corporate Domino’s allowing this establishment to exist running the way it is ruining their reputation. It’s ridiculous! They are incompetent and unprofessional. Never answers the phone, rude and just down right atrocious.

This Domino's location sucks they put very little bit of tomato sauce and their Pizza and half the time it comes here dry and cold the cheesy bread never comes with the cheese fully melted you can see the cheese is in the shape of square cubes

I recommend you order from somewhere else
