Domino's Pizza, Bronx NY

Tried to order a chicken bacon ranch pizza, which is on their menu. The guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about

I absolutely hate that the app sends my food to this location and not the one located on Westchester Square. I order my food… waited 40mins (trust me this was pretty quick for what it normally takes) the man delivers my food but guess what? ! The pizza is missing. He tells me he’s coming back… never comes! I called 16 times only for the phone to keep hanging up… I drive over there demanding my money back; being that my kids are now sleep and can’t eat. I was told no! This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with the location! Do not order delivery from here…… I also find it a lil gross that they pick the raw pasta up with no gloves …. Might just be me.

Their men's room was out of order. Wife and husband visiting from Canada only wife was able to use their bathroom. I am embarrassed husband wasn't accommodated.

They act like, they have too much money. Make service bad. Sometimes they burn food because they keep talking while they work.

I’ve ordered from here before this time their pizza pie disappointed me. I didn’t take a picture of the mild Buffalo wings, cinnamon bread twists, brownies & 2 liter coke. Everything was great except for the pie. I ordered a WELL DONE pie with half extra pepperoni and sadly the regular side looked deflated and dry. I wish I could have gotten my money back for the pie but at least the other half was good and they brought all of my sauces I had paid for. Hopefully next time I order my I won’t be disappointed and able to eat all of what I ordered.

This is not acceptable. I called the store and I was told that they need to call the manager in order to replace my salad. I can’t eat this. I don’t know if this is a morning shift thing, but it’s disgusting.

If I could've given a zero rating, I would have. They are RUDE & have no interpersonal relationship skills. You try to place an order & another worker will come & interrupt. THEY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!
Better yet, get a entire new crew! If not, shut it down!

Awful sevice

They are so rude and nasty the way they treat there costumers don't they know if we don't order food they don't have a job

We went to the Southern Blvd location. I usually go to The Morris Park one. We get the text the pizza was done I get there and it wasn't. The guy was very apologetic but still had to wait. Get the pizza home the dough was not cooked and the pizza was not cut correctly. Very dissatisfied

Ordered pizza and wings online. Order/Delivery never came. Called store and they kept putting the receiver down, because I could hear background noise, then hang up. Eventually they stopped taking my calls at all. I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume they're Indian, of the Asian kind or maybe the accent gave it away. I will gladly order Papa Johns everytime next time. Thank goodness Capital One is sweet with the refunds. Smdh, should've read the reviews first.

I called the STORE 5 time TO CORRECT MY ORDER 2 of those times they Told me hold on it’s was EXACTLY 15 ON FOR BOTH CALLS ALL TOGETHER THEN I CAN BACK 3 MORE TIMES THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND JUST PUT IT DOWN I CAN THE WORKERS IN THE BACK TALKING IM SAYING HELLOO FOR ANOTHER 10Mins. I COME TO THE STORE AND ASK THEM WHY PICK UP AND IT DOWN THE EMPLOYEE GONNA SAY WHEN WE BUSY WE DONT ANSWER BUT YOU DID ANSWER AND I HEARD AND SEEN WALKED IN THE STORE STILL PHONE OFF THE HOOK …. THIS IS WAY I TRAVEL OUT MY DISTANCE THEN I WAITED ANOTHER 30mins for them JUST TO MAKE 1 of my PIZZAS PEPPERONI

The pizza from this Dominos was delicious.however i ordered regular wings and they put cheese over them.i also asked the cashier man for a buffalo sauce and he said i had to pay 2 CENTS. 2 CENTS FOR A SAUCE!

They overprice everything and made me wait like an hour for some cinnamon twist. If I could I’d give this establishment a 0 NEVER EVER COME HERE

I came to get food a few minutes ago and one of the workers was preparing a pizza and while he cut it a price of chicken came off and he picked it up with his bare hands and tossed it back onto the pizza all without wearing gloves then proceeded to touch his phone and other items inside the store it was disgusting
