Domino's Pizza, Staten Island NY

I never usually had an issue with them but I placed an order that included two extra sauces, delivery guy forgets and said he would come back. I call the store to see if I can get a partial refund for it they said no but they could send the delivery guy back to bring me the sauces never did. Won’t even bother to call and yes I know it’s just 75 cents for the sauces but come on is this is your way of trying to take advantage of people.

I called on 9/5/2020 at 11: 43. A man picked up the phone and said that we were too far of a distance to place an order. I explained that online ordering was not working and the two other places I was calling wasn’t working either. He said there is nothing he can do. The store is 3 miles away and he rudely said bye and hung up.

I would never order from this Dominos, I placed order online was charged and pizza never arrived, the manager called me 5 hours later after midnight and asked if I still wanted the pizza.still haven't gotten a refund. I want my 26.00 dollars back and never will I ever order Dominos!

Disgusting staff very rude. My order was messed up and no one took accountability I will never reccomend anyone to order from this location total waste of space

DO NOT ORDER CARRYOUT FROM THIS LOCATION. They do not do curbside pickup even if you opt for it when ordering. They MAKE you go inside. On top of that none of the staff is wearing a mask or social distancing! I've reported this location to 311 and suggest you do as well. Reported to corporate too. This place needs a new set of management.

Tell them to wear face masks during this pandemic. Not recommend this place.

Food was good but there were at least 3 employees not wearing face masks. Everyone that is coming into contact with food should be wearing face masks!

This dominos doesn’t even deserve a 1. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT ever order from this dominos. Time and time again I try to order and it has been 2 hours and nothing has been done. It is now 15 minutes to closing time and I doubt my food will ever come. Do ur damn job dominos. And don’t even bother try calling. Called 5 times and get nothing. Been on hold currently for 10 minutes. It’s extremely rude and whoever is in charge needs a serious re-evaluation.

The pizza that they serve at Domino's is spot on. The crust on the pizzas is the best crust I have ever had in my life. Of course, the rest of the pizza was great too. I had my pizza delivered right to my seat in a box, which I found fun. What I also found fun was that there were these steps where like the little kiddies could stand to see them bake. And the most awesome thing happened at my visit to Domino's that I hope I never forget. There was some customer who said "This isn't the right pizza I ordered" to which to chef responded "I could redo it if you would like, but I am pretty sure you ordered a large". "This place is so unprofessional, I am leaving", the customer and her kid left and abandoned the pizza. And the chef actually said this to us: "I feel really bad for throwing away a whole large pizza, I could give it to you guys". Me and my mom said "yes". There's no way we would refuse a whole large pizza for free. I am telling you, when it comes to pizza, there IS no beating Domino's.

The phone they use is out of date and I tried to order something this evening and when my address wasn't popping up in their computer they hung up on me

Horrible customer service I was highly dissatisfied with the pizza I received. It was cold looked stale and it also looked stale and was equal in size or cut fully. Called back today to make a complaint they were very disrespectful and didn't care how I felt as a customer. I also called corporate too I basically threw the pizza in trash that's how bad it was.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I received raw chicken and doughy pizza. I called to complain and to my surprise, I was waiting for someone to answer until I finally hung up after 15 minutes. I then later called back later and someone picked up. I explained to him the situation and not only was he EXTREMELY nasty, he said he could not help me and hung up on me. I will be disputing the cost with my bank. Dominos has lost a customer. DO ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AT RISK FOR SALMONELLA.

Service is horrible. Food Takes forever, never accurate with time shown on website. And they are selective where they deliver even when in delivery circumference. Never again

Online ordering is prefect, getting my order right not so much, making it up to me for getting it wrong every time good but the food is awesome and there trying, hopeful one day I’ll get everything I ordered on time and they won’t have to keep coming back waisting the gas bringing me my ice tea, salad or sauces, guys really every time? Domino's needs to teach their employees how to cut a pizza so that the slices are at least /somewhat/ equal in size. Ridiculous

Made an order but my order never came, I called to cancel the order to get my money back and up to a week the money was never returned. They told me call the general manager that is only there at night but when I call he doesn't have time to speak to me to refund my money.

Terrible service, the person at the counter is mega rude, I attended on Sunday, January 19 at 7pm, I will not return.

Timing is never accurate. This is my second and last time I will purchase from this location. I placed my order and the inaccurate domino tracker on the app said it was placed in the oven by a master pizza maker at 7: 39 pm. I arrived at 7: 48 pm only for the guy to tell me that they still have to make it. So instead of waiting for a few minutes I ended waiting a lot longer. Meanwhile there are three guys working, one making pizza the other two watching. If it wasn’t because my kid was hungry I would have walked out.

Ask for extra sauce and there was less sauce than a regular pizza, shift manager try to make up excuses, I probably will never get Domino's again.i rather eat ellios frozen pizza.
