Domino's Pizza, Brooklyn NY

In spite of seeing all the negative reviews about this Domino's I opted to go to this location for takeout rather than getting it delivered. I walked in, placed my order and didn't have a long wait time. The Meatzza Pizza I ordered came out correctly, was cooked all the way through and had a pretty good flavor. Customer service is decent and place looked relatively clean. Overall, I didn't have any complaints and I will stop in again in the future.

Lots of bad reviews here, but this is my local Domino's, right around the corner from my house, and I've had nothing but great experiences here. Lovely, cheap pizzas and nice folks there!

Always a hit or miss. Horrible customer service. Depending on the day and time they might just hang up on you when its busy or just not answer the phone. Several times I had missing ingredients, one time the dough didn't rise properly.and once it looked liked they either forgot the cheese or ran out! Its convenient for my family as we live close by and its cheap but really not worth the price if the taste is not good.

I went to this location recently and let’s just say I won’t be going back. I order ahead on the website but I still had to wait for my order when I went in. I stood there for 15-20 mins and no one said anything, whole time my food was ready. When I got home as im eating a slice, I found a hair in it. A long straight hair and it sure wasn’t mine. The people in the store did not wear hair nets so I figured it belonged to the young lady who I saw. And to top it all of as I stood waiting for the pizza I noticed that very said young lady cough into her hand and then proceeded to touch the dough to make pizza. YES WITH MY OWN EYES I SAY THIS.how can you cough in your hand while preparing food for people and not wash it? BIGGEST HEALTH VIOLATION EVER.she didn’t even have a mask on. I was so disgusted and turned off, i threw the pizza in the garbage. 0/10 do not recommend.pls don’t go here

Im already mad, I gave the delivery instructions, this man calls me to come downstairs after I had already tipped him on the app, mad, guess I learned I should pay on delivery

Wish I can give them ZERO stars.
Stay away from this place if you don't wanna ruin your day.
Delivery guy simply refused to deliver the order, but asked me to pick it up outside because he cannot park his car! (Despite the fact I picked the CONTACTLESS delivery option).

Terrible customer service, they marked my order delivered after an hour and two hours later still no order. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes just for them to say the order is on the way and they hung up on me before I can get a word out. Order here at your own risk!

If I could give zero stars I would! Third time I order online and it comes from this location AFTER 1.5 HOURS AND ITS COLD! When I call the store, they either hang up or put me on hold for 20+ mins. Never ordering dominos again with an experience like this.

Manager Amir doesn't provide compensation n questioned where was the one cube missing. I asked him if he wanted me to dig it out of the garbage. I turned over another square and he finally admitted the grievous error.
Gave them another try hair was in my pizza. Manager no where to be found. Worker hung up the phone.

Amazing Dominos in this part of brooklyn, always fast service and the staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. It also helps that they make some of the best pizza in this part of town and that says a lot for a commercial fast food chain in Brooklyn.

Order tracker said my food was ready but I still had to wait about 5 minutes. Pizza was good, the buffalo wings were a bit light on the sauce; it was drizzled on top leaving the underside uncoated.

Their delivery staff is polite and always greets me with a smile and the on-site staff always prepares my order correctly. Lower your expectations and you’ll never be disappointed. It’s Dominos. It tastes like fast food pizza.

The absolute worst store. DO NOT ORDER. They actually just need to close down. I ordered a few months ago. Tracker says delivered. My order showed up an hour later. I thought it was a mistake so today I ordered again… same thing. It’s been 2 hours. Call the phone and no one answers. I call every other store and they answer but not this one. Just trash

This is an update to my order! And a 2nd review! Order thin crust phylli cheese steak and some other stuff and they sent me different pizza! How hard is it to make what I want? And again they came more then hour later! This is just crazy! If I can give negative stars or no stars I would terrible delivery service! The app is a lie! It says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t been I called twice and they said 30-40 mins wait. It’s been hour and half now and wait more? You kidding me? Hire more ppl! You. And see the text 8: 46 pmmi ordered and now is 10: 17pm
Still not here but the app said it’s been delivered and the text said he pulled up when he isn’t not here at all but he is in my area 4 blocks away! The lady on a phone said he has 7 more orders before me. What? I worked for dominos and never was I give 12 orders at the time this is crazy if I could I wouldn’t tip but it’s not the delivery guy it’s the owner! Hire more ppl to deliver!

Never again, I placed online order for delivery, pizza never arrived, no one picked up the phone, trying to get my refund last 3 days. Can't reach anyone in dominos even corporates people, only people who can take an order and hang up on my when I ask about refund. Opened a case with paypal. Horrible experience, so much headache, I thought they are selling pizza hahah. People Stay away

Would put zero stars. I ordered delivery for two medium pizzas and the tracker says the order was delivered. I know for a fact it was not because I was not called, I received no pizza and it was a cash order. Definitely do not give them your business, the other low ratings make it obvious you shouldn’t.

Bad service call said delivery guy was on his way waited half an hour and the delivery is somewhere else. Terrible service

They used to be good. Now when you order, you tell a machine what you want. Then you tell a human the same thing. Then they repeat it to you, take your CC info, and put you on hold. Then someone else picks up, and says no order was placed. I'm done with them.

My pizza order was incorrectly made, missing an ingredient, and one pizza was significantly burnt. When I brought it to their attention they told me they were out of the ingredients and that my pizza was burnt because I ordered no cheese. However only one pizza will significantly burn so obviously they can make cheese free pizzas that are not significantly burnt. After about 20 minutes in the store being ignored once the gentleman pushed my pizzas at me and walked away after I complained, Another associate came over and offered to add the ingredient that her colleague had just Gaslit me about not having. Two Stars because they ended up giving me a refund.

Worst location ever, stay away if you want to enjoy your pie. I'm still waiting since yesterday for them to send me a replacement for a pie that arrived without any cheese, just the dough. Horrible costumer service.
