Domino's Pizza, Utica NY

I did have a 3 star however when I ordered a boneless chicken with no sauce I was very unhappy when I got a used paper and chicken that was laughable. You can clearly see the ring where a sauce was already set. The chicken was tough and tiny. Not happy.

Finally actually delivered the food I ordered, thanks. Your pizza sucks compared to other locations however…

Phone experience twice in a row the worst ever. The order taker had no idea what she was doing, got every single thing wrong no matter how many times I repeated. Finally I asked where she was located. The Philippines! So I'm in New Hartfird NY and my call goes to the Philippines. She has no experience at all. Terrible customer service.

The manager Olivia is extremely rude have had several problems with her at this location she is very unprofessional. I have never had problems with this Domino's until she started working here Domino's needs to replace her with a professional manager she is young and arrogant and unprofessional and there are many several reviews complaining about this individual while I was sitting out front writing this review I also witnessed Olivia between 6: 20 p.m. And 6: 25 p.m. On October 14th playing on her phone and coughing into her hands and playing with her ponytail not washing her hands going right back to flipping the dough and cutting the pizza and handling the food which is extremely unsanitary this will be reported to the health department because I am pretty sure this is something that she does frequently not caring about customer service or customers health

Olivia worst customer service EVER. Extremely rude to customers and wont provide refund when they are 2hrs late for my delivery. Thank God i recorded her. I’m taking this all the way up to Richard E. Allison Jr.she probably don’t know who he is.

TERRIBLE PIZZA! First off, I walked into the New Hartford, NY location and couldn't even find a menu! Then. I discovered that none of the prices were posted (very frustrating)! I had to get the counter clerk to tell me the prices for multiple items, which wasted her time and irritated me! I finally said "Screw it, just give me a small cheese pizza with extra sauce! ". It cost almost $11 with tax! I didn't have to wait long to get it, BUT.talk about small! The pizza was as small as you could get, and it didn't even have the extra sauce I specifically asked for! It was NOT worth the money! Let's be honest, Domino's doesn't really make good pizza.it's mediocre at best! But this pizza was NOT worth the money! A small cheese pizza should be about $6-$7 at these types of establishments! I'd rather have a Little Caesar's cheese pizza (hot and ready) for $6! The BEST chain pizza in the Utica area is BLAZE PIZZA, no question!

I used to think that Domino's Pizza was a joke not anymore watch out Utica New York there's a new pizza around that's going to blow everybody away

Incredibly rude manager or whoever is on the phone. They made my wife cry on the phone. They dropped the pizza in front of a different building in the middle of the night. They accused her 'cheating' somehow to get an extra pizza. No respect for customers. No respect. Even for a long time customer like us. I am in communication with the headquarters about this branch. What a disgraceful branch for pizza like dominos. What a disgrace. Shame on you.

Pizza is always good. Always tastes the same, which is good. Honestly I'm a little sad. I came from California and always heard NY pizza was the best. Yah right it all tastes the same. Like every pizza place has the same recipe and use the same ingredients. Dominos is way better that any family place I've tried.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery driver was excellent: prompt, polite so I tipped well but I order what I order every single time (both of the baked oven dip combos w a side of garlic knot bread) and they were both so over baked that I couldn’t even get them out of the container. They were burnt on the edges and ROCK SOLID. They’re supposed to be cheesy dips and they were so hard I couldn’t even scoop them out with a spoon. They’re usually SO GOOD! Never had this issue so called to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude, put me on a hold a bunch of times w no warning and told me there was nothing they could do bc all of their items are placed on a conveyor belt so there was “no way” they were over baked. After basically harassing them for an hour bc they kept pawning me off to corporate (which is just an email confirmation of your complaint with NO resolution or human contact) they told me I could bring the items back in and wait to have them replaced but they would not partially refund or redeliver bc I do not drive. Will never eat with them again and it’s a shame bc that was the first time I’ve ever had an issue w their food being literally inedible.

Online ordering is easy. Delivery was quick and the order was fresh. The pizza is on par with any "pizza shop" around. Very tasty!

The best makers of the pizza-makers there are. I thank them, because we’re all just loving pizza. These utica employees though, are simply exceptional at the making of pizzas. Thank you.

1. Ordered $55 of food online.
2. They called me 9 mins after placing order while I was driving because they had no mushroom.
3. So because they didn’t have one topping on one item I’m sitting her in the parking lot waiting for food I ordered online.

Food is nice and all but the ONE time i dont tip they take FOREVER to deliver my food.an hour to check the quality of my food.really?
