19 Very terrible service they didn't want to give the bathroom to my 2-year-old daughter and unfortunately it was urinated that lack of respect should be sanctioned I do not recommend it and we will not go again.

They seem to be better then other Domino's pizza places I've been to in the past. Service is good and food is always fresh.
Ordered online for carryout, pizza was ready on time. Toppings were a little sparse but I don't order from pizza chains often, maybe that's normal? Regardless it'll satisfy your cravings for a pizza chain-style pizza.
Terrible services, not the first time but they are always running late. And not saying this from one time experience with them, just save yourself the delay and go to their other locations, those are much more efficient!
Ordered from the Woodside Domino's. After awhile, checked my phone to see what the status was, and saw I had missed calls from them, and that my order was marked delivered. Called the store number, was told by the manager they tried to call me and I didn't pick up, so the driver left. I asked why they called instead of ringing the bell, and he said that the drivers don't come upstairs. I have to come down to meet the driver in the street when they call, and that if I can't do that, then next time just don't order.
Cool, I won't.
You're charging a $6 delivery fee plus tip, and the delivery drivers don't actually bring you your food? There is also nothing on the website or confirmation emails that says this (probably because it's not actually a policy that's allowed by corporate). I understand parking is tough in NYC, but I order from dozens of other places in the neighborhood, and every single one of them brings the order to my door, except, apparently Domino's.
I know this is nothing new, as there are dozens of other complaints here about the same issue here, but just to reiterate: don't bother.
Ordered 3 pies at 12pm for a 7: 30pm delivery. The delivery came at 9pm. Disappointing but can’t say I’m surprised. Suggestion would be to order for a lunch delivery if you want delivered by dinner.
I placed an order at 8: 05pm today 11/20/22 for delivery. By 9: 37pm my food had still not arrived so i called the store and they had me on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me they have no delivery driver instead of informing me of this when they saw my order placed. I asked to cancel the order and the employee hung up on me. Worst customer service ever, im disgusted.
TERRIBLE! They have to shut this down immediately. Number one super under staffed. Second of all no one absolutely wearing gloves. Which is disgusting. Third of all when I was there phone ringing consistently which meant they didn’t even care about the people calling for a pizza. FINNALY TO THE WORST PART: So I ordered like 30 minutes before I came to the shop. But guess what I see my pizza of the shelf and they say 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I had to start shouting at them because they didn’t care about my order which it was going to be cold. I couldn’t even tell you but there had to be atleast 30+ pizzas up on that shelf which meant half of those had to have been cold like ice already.
Pizza was cold on delivery, paid extra for buffalo sauce which was not added. I choose contactless delivery and the delivery guy said his manager told him not to go in the building somebody has to come downstairs not in the lobby literature outside to get the pizza. If you can't leave your apt or disable don't order from dominos. I personally will not order from them and will make sure other people I know to not order from this dominos.
Frist, the order was not brought out to the car as it should have been. Second, store was not answering the call. Third, people were just standing there doing nothing (not answering the call or delivering the pizza to the car) which can be seen from the car outside. Fourth, after having to go inside to get the pizza, the staff (assistant manager, no manager arriving until closing at 2am) was belligerent and making all kinds of excuses instead of being apologetic. Fifth, ended up with cold pizza and had to toss it out.
After years, no more ordering from this location. Misleading promotions, for almost a year, decided redeem free pizza with coupon or whatever, so it ended up being a stuffed bread with cheese, whatever, added to buy something else. However I needed to spend $15 minimum with 5.49 delivery charge mind I am not far, plus I have always given tips, have always spend above $ 20 over the years. I Canceled their worthless coupon and they can stuff it their most infinite place!
I just had a back and forth with a very rude delivery driver that would refuse to bring our food upstairs talking about its domino policy to not bring deliveries to apartment doors only lobby what kind of non sense is make it make sense please
The cinnamon twists and pizza are always amazing, but minus one star for delivery. They won’t come into your building, you always have to go down and meet the driver. I add a note to leave outside the lobby (contactless), but they still like to call me several times. Also, usually double the estimated delivery time. I’ve never gotten an order in under 45 minutes.
Speaking rude and bad words in Bengali, doesn’t mean we wont understand, you never know who is on the other side of the line, maybe a bengali person himself. Learn to show respect.

Ordered via car side delivery, waited for 10 mins after i hit i m here, and then had to walk in and grab my pizza.car side delivery is walk in, at this location.
Worst service ever. Ordered a pizza with toppings and than when I go to pick up the order they tell me the didn't have one of the toppings so they just made the pizza without it. And they didn't think I might substitute the toppings. Really awful service.
Is crazy how disrespectful customer service this place offer, they don’t give any solution, even if you order through the app, is not our fault that the dominos app select that store for delivery then after 30 minutes they called and said we are not in the area and cancel my order plus they have bring me already before 6 deliveries. Ridiculous! Worst domino’s nationwide.
The pizza came warm and delicious.the toppings were exactly how i wanted them to be.the delivery man was also very nice to me.overall a very good experience and i would order from them again.
