Domino's Pizza, Ithaca NY

They make it impossible to order! The website frequently says online ordering is not available. So you call the number it says to place an order and are left on hold for half an hour! The only reason I waited that long was because I had gotten a coupon for a free pizza because they had messed up my order so badly last time.

2 hours for delivery to a 6 minute drive from the store. Order time was 40 minutes. Driver said "I'm sorry you're having a bad night bro"
Domino's own pizza tracker said it was delivered hour before

If I could I would leave a 0 star review! When my husband walked in to get our food the music was so loud that he had to yell over it. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza with green peppers and cheese and bacon tots. The pizza didn't look like it was fully cooked and no green peppers and the tots were looked to be missing the bacon and was so burnt they were not even close to being eaten! When my husband asked to have them remade, the cashier offered to put green peppers on some foil to cook them then just put them on the pizza but never offered to remake them.

When I went in to have the order corrected, I had to ask 3 time very loudly for the offensive music to be turned down and they were still trying to refuse to turn it down. The staff was not happy that I asked for the order to be corrected.

Not only am I posting a review on here but were are also contacting the company itself!

Its just a no for me. The ithaca location sucked. Placed an order online waited 45 mins no one in the store greeted or asked why i was there so waited another 20mins stood in front of register for ten of those mins just to find out my order had not even been started. I'll mention they were busy but happily offered to cancel my order so no.

It's obvious they are short staffed. I thought it rude to ask everyone about their order with the exception of myself but okay, what ever. I usually have a much better experience at this location however tonight I am truly disappointed

Absolutely horrible experience. I put a delivery order. It took them over 2 hours, and they didn't deliver it! I called, messaged, filed a complaint, I did whatever I could. No response. So irresponsible of Domino's. I was a loyal customer. Never will I go for Domino's pizza again.

Victor is not a good manager, ordered $60+ delivery and no answer on hold 30 mins, Victor didn't even call nor email to say he canceled order #200587! Tracker stated Victor was prepping at 20: 17,21: 34 currently still no answer at this joke of a store. Order Sals (excellent pizza) or Eta pie. Think that covers his weak program and provides alternative options.

Very good, greedy pizzas. I really appreciated their representations of the different sizes of pizzas (small, large.) on the wall. It's very easy to get decided with this visualization

OMG! I haven't been to Dominos pizza in forever but I didn't feel like cooking so I want to grab one. I would like to add that the customer service was on point. Very friendly helped me out and also offered to show me how to use the app. I will definitely be going back. The place was clean and the person that helped me was there by themselves. She was able to keep up with all the orders, deliveries orders, online stuff, plus clean up and still be nice enough to still be nice and help me.

I always love getting pizza from here. The pasta is delicious too. There's many deals daily which helps you save up to $20. The workers are friendly too.

im a vegan, vegetarian, veterinarian, vending machine, virgin and the pizza here was SOOO GOOD. I had my first bite of the triple meat pizza on my car and i squirted so much i don’t need to go to the car wash for another 5 years and i squirted on my step bro. THE PIZZA IS SO GOOD!

I just ordered a thin crust pizza from a lady named Gitoni.she had the nastiest attitude ever she lied and said that I said a medium Pizza when I wanted a large. When the Pizza got to me it was cold and burnt I asked for a refund she informed me she can give me a $10 off of the next order I said I would never order from Domino's again and Ithaca I want my money back!

I put in a online order a few days ago it never showed up I'm damn glad i didn't pay ahead or I would be out my money and my Pizza so don't order from here it's the worst place ever

Ive been in ithaca for a few years and ive seen the management change over and over again.i will say the new GM is pretty nice just seems to have a hard time keeping employees the ones they have now derek steven have been there for years and deserve a raise for their loyalty for such an unprofessional company.the GM before the younger African women always had the place staffed up and a great vibes the team seemed happy.also the morning manager with red hair was amazing too! I used to go in to get something little to just be around their atmosphere they always made it feel like home i miss those girls and i hope they return as well the store would sky rocket once again.
