Domino's Pizza, Jamaica NY

I'm biased towards dominos (hear some people don't like their sauce but I love it) and this location is very fast and the people are nice

When I pull up I saw a female employee saving the sauce that was in the big bucket and scooping it putting it back in a bottle. The pizza I order was sloppy, sour and definitely not worth it at all.

We get good service. Ask for the halal cut and they accommodated. Lady was very polite in day time.

Lived around the corner from this location for over 30yrs. It was decent around 15yrs ago until management changed a few times and destroyed everything. If I order something for delivery and I live a few mins away you wouldn’t expect to wait over 2hrs but that’s what happens. Last time I visited this location with a friend he pointed out how the guy helping us was doing multiple things without gloves or even using the sanitizer thats hanging on the wall. We literally saw him take money from us go and answer the phone than go and put toppings on a pie all while never washing his hands. My friend was so mad that he asked the guy why he hadn’t washed his hands while dealing with the food and he rudely responded he did and we just didn’t see it. Which was a blatant lie. I made a complaint that day which I’m sure has fallen onto death ears. Avoid this place at all cost. There’s more Dominos near by with better staff and practices. I drive 20mins out of the way to goto the location on Merrick and 109 who’s food is always on point and cleanliness is apparent from the outside.

If only zero stars were an option.
We called to order the 3 large 2-topping pizza special for $7 each. We were told it's $7.99 which was no issue so we proceeded with the order. While placing the order, we were placed on hold and hung up on so we called back. When we called back, our 3 large pizza order was confirmed and we added 2 orders of cheesy bread. Our order gets delivered and the pizzas are all medium so we call to say there's been a mistake. The person on the phone proceeds to tell us the special is only for pick up, but this was never explained to us when we placed the order otherwise we would've picked it up. Then she changes the story and says the special is only available online.so why take our order over the phone? So we paid $50 for 3 medium pizzas!
They made no attempt to fix the order and even placed us on hold again! We'll be sticking to our local family owned pizzeria from now on!

Pizza is always fresh and hot when delivered. The store front itself and area is somewhat grimey

Usually when I order from Dominoes it's decent but I wont be ordering from this location anymore. The pasta was not good, (I threw half of it away) the sandwich was very small with stale bread and although the wings were decent it was NOT worth the $30.00 I paid as a single woman too tired to cook. I could just order from a regular neighborhood pizzeria for cheaper.

We live in a world nowadays where a pizza delivery man cannot handle pizza properly. My pizza arrived looking like someone put it in a blender. My 5 yr old even said the pizza was sloppy. What is so hard about handling a pizza properly? You had ONE job, ONE!

I am usually very positive and seldom complain, even about bad service. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas from this restaurant and was TERRIBLY SICK the whole day after eating it. My elderly mother also became very sick from eating this pizza. This is at least the SECOND TIME in a row (weeks apart) that both her and I became sick after eating from this place. I have no allergies and have eaten Dominos for years. I will NEVER do so again. I will never encourage anyone I know to do so either. My biggest fear is that someone else has experienced what I did from this place's food or that they will continue to make people sick. Something is being done wrong!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered and after a bit I realized I wouldn’t be able to pick up the pizza, and didn’t want to have something delivered, so I had attempted to call to cancel my order SEVERAL TIMES. After a while I gave up and decided to leave it be, in the hopes maybe they’d understand I was canceling. Maybe 25 minutes after I get call about my order being ready for pickup, I had explained that I was trying to cancel earlier and had called several times. Person on the phone going just don’t order our food then, and then stated they were blocking my number so that I could not order from them and hung up. Don’t complain to me because I was calling to cancel their order BEFORE it was even put into the oven!

Waited 10 min before someone took my order. No menu to order from. Took over 40 min to make one large pie with no extra toppings

Not only did they take forever, they lost my pizza too. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.

Someone hacked my dominos account and made a purchase from this location. Called them and they said they would reverse the charge and cancel the order. They did not.

Horrible.they don't pick up the phone. I called today and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Finally got to the store while still on hold and someone came out to take my order and still ignore the phone ringing.horrible.horrible

Rated 1 only because 0 is not available! Placed the order at 820pm and did not get it until 1045pm. That's just for one pizza and chicken wings!
Called several times to check on the status of the delivery. Call went through only twice. One time someone picked up, you could hear the surrounding activities, but no one bothered to say anything.
The food was great regardless so I guess that part they did not screw it up.

I ordered online, took them fifteen minutes to call me and tell me they had to cancel the order because THEY DO NOT HAVE FOOD. How do you not have food at store that is not only open until 3am, but is a popular fast food store? Sounds ridiculous to me! Probably did not want to do any deliveries and decided to cancel on me. Waste of time on this store. Always an issue

Pizza took almost an hour to complete. The Pizza Tracker then had the pizza waiting for delivery for another hour. During that time, I called the store and tried to speak with someone but the woman who answered the phone refused to give her name, refused to let me speak with the manager and acted as if she did not know what I was complaining about. Totally unacceptable. I canceled the order. This location is extremely unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, only to received the wrong order and re-delivery four (4) hours later.

I came to pick up a pizza. Pizza was cold. I asked for pizza to b warmed up and they made a new pizza for me. Sadly they kept old pizza.

Good service.
They answer there phone calls fast.
I had my pizza delivered fast like about 20 minutes.
Great pizza love it and garlic bread.
