Not provide red dry chillli tissues &paper plates.always chargeo for extra money.

If they could get zero stars that's what I would choose. Dissatisfaction is my experience with this location

Very very unprofessional employees! I waited over an hour for my order cause it says only 2 people allowed in the store, they allow how ever many people in this crowded store. Then I finally get my cold order and tell the cashier who doesn't understand anything I said to her. Never ordering from that dominoes again!

My pregnant wife ordered
Was never delivered
And no pick up the phone after trying for about 3hrs
The employees sucks
Not the company.

We ordered from them three times; two of those times they forgot to bring us the order and gave it to somebody else.leaving us hungry and having to be on hold for 15 minutes to get our order.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! This is the worst business you will find in NYC. Last week the delivery took 2.5 hours to get to my place which is 15 minutes away.tonight I ordered a pizza at 7pm and it’s now 930pm and still no pizza. To make matters worse, they aren’t even answering their phones so I can tell them to cancel the order.

NEVER AGAIN will I give this place my money and tomorrow when I get off work I’m going there to fight each and every employee.

Terrible services! The manager swore at my elderly parents multiple times and refused to give us a refund after they messed up our order multiple times! Not to mention they took over half an hour to get my order. If it was possible to give less than 1 star, I would!

VERY BAD SERVICE ALWAYS ARE LATE AND NEVER MAKE THE PIZZA IN THE WAY YOU ORDER. SO TODAY I MAKE THE ORDER TO PICK UP AND AGAIN WRONG PIZZA MAKE AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT

Poor customer service and the person who takes the order need to take a course in how to deal with customers. I'm disappointed and sad.

Dishonest employees
I ordered delievery to my home and they took 2hrs to make the order 1-1/2hr to leave the store and didnt even make the delievery to me and claimed that no one was home at the time the delievery was attempted

I always get it delivered and it's always hot and exactly what I ordered. Pizza tracker is great, and they are open much later than other places around here.

This dominoes has to be the worst branch in dominoes history, They are rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and have no sense of good customer service. I ordered $50 worth of pizza and ended up with a 20 Minute argument with the manager an his petty worker over "Marinara Sauce" who argues over a sauce? It costs nothing to satisfy a customer, especially over something that can be easily solved within 5 seconds. I will never go here or to any other domino's franchise ever again.

I waited 10 minutes for the woman to come and take my order. She finally left the oven to say she would come take my order shortly. After a total of 5 minutes I left with my disappointed 6 year old. Horrible service. And it was not even busy.

I order 2 pizzas and it never arrive! I wait more than 3 hours. Don’t ever order from that address is the worst.

It’s dominos, don’t expect too much. Definitely don’t order on the spot or you’ll be waiting for an hour, I’ve seen people getting mad in the store when I go for a carry out. Order online then go, even then.they sometimes take an extra ten minutes when you’re order is suppose to be finished

Order is always slightly late. They either forget the sauces I ordered or give me the wrong one's.

Muhammed the manager is terrible at this location. Lets hope you don't have hair in your order, it is incorrect, or is burnt. Took over one hour to get a replacement order and they had nerve to request the burnt food and hair food item back but had no email to send proof. He hung up the phone and puts you on hold purposely. Another time I ordered and my order was wrong he left me on hold for 20 minutes and I drove to the establishment and seen NO CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT.

Horrible delivery service. Waited over an hour for two pies and ended up canceling the order. Never ordering from here again.

This location constantly gets orders wrong. I received SEVERAL wrong orders before finally calling in this one time because they got a FEW items incorrect. The person who picked up the phone hung up on me and didn't take my order number. They are always RUDE and have no sense of good customer service. This is literally the worst place I've ever ordered in from. If you have the option to go to another location please RUN to it far away from this location.
