The waitress have allergy to give water to there guest this is the 2nd time happen, now no more don alex forever, worst service ever and when there is only 2 guest seating the restaurant and the restaurant is so small

Food wasn't the issue, food is great actually. It was the poor service. A good waitress/waiter should be one who takes initiative and customer service should be top priority. I shouldn't have to try to get your attention waving my hand or trying to get your attention in any type of way. My waitress should have been more attentive, every few minutes or so come and check up on me, asking if everything is alright is there anything I can bring you.etc. I was just given my food and that's it. Really wanted a beverage but I waited too long and managed to finish my meal without it. What a shame, now I dont need one. Word of advice, it's simple really, and I usually don't do this but just get it together, be more mindful of your customers, of there plates and drinks, be more alert. Not to mention my first drink wasn't provided until my appetizer came out. Food was good overall

BEWARE!
I have ordered mixed grill and most of the meat was spoilt, it smelled terrible. The chicken was burnt to a crisp (literally). I called to complain and they wanted to bring the food back (it was a take-out). I didn't, as I live far. I ended up with no dinner and no credit. Very disappointed.

Love their food. Small cozy spot. Not the best for a large party. Prices are good. Been coming here for years. Customer service use to be better. Tres Leche is great here!

We always come to this place, is not authentic 100 percent but the food is good, we like the salchipapas and the lomo saltado. They have the best sangrias!

Is unfortunate, because I would give this place 5 stars because they food is good, but the service always lacks. They are slow and sometimes they present themselves as arrogant and rude. I wonder if it has to do with the culture of this restaurant.
