They took the lead for me and helped every step of the way. I honestly dont know what I would have done without out their knowledge and compassion. Our son passed away unexpectedly, so we had no plans in place for his funeral. Had been to Donovan for a friend's funeral few years ago. Dealt with June at Donovan's. She was so patient and helpful through every step. Gave us all options, did nothing rush us through any decision. We asked alot of them, they never said they could not do anything we asked. They handled the pictures, military honors, priest, even a special song we requested last minute. It made an extremely hard time for us a little bit easier. They were fantastic from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.
