On my last five trips to this location, twice no pico, once no guacamole, once no black beans, one no farro, once dried out and crunchy farro, and once no salsa containers for a side order. And never were there chips, also angry and rude employees. Maybe they are underpaid or overworked or poorly managed I don’t know, never had a problem at another Dos Toros location.
If you love rude and inconsiderate people then this is the place for you. The reviews complaining about the people and service are real. As for the food it's quite bland. Also the guacamole was brown. Other Dos Toros locations I've been to had better food and service so just avoid this one.
The food is OK, nothing special, really.but the service can be improved. Other people behind me got their food ahead.they ignored me, I guess.
Got Carne Asada bowl from MealPal. The portion was surprisingly small, not even half full. And had no beef at allll!
Lacking in costumer service and professionalism! The area is nice but honestly the people working there are giving a very bad image. Never coming back (and also management should do something) this is sad.
Employees are extremely rude and not the customer service quality is 0. Had an incident where a skinny Hispanic lady yelled and cured at me and I found her still there with the same attitude. A lot of people have complained but management doesn’t care because the staff attitude doesn’t change. I don’t recommend going here.
I'm Catholic and ate here on Friday during Lent so YMMV as far as meat, but I had a stuffed 6" long rice and beans burrito, it was ready in less than 5 minutes from my web order, and I was out the door under $10. You won't get this full elsewhere in Hudson Eats. My interaction was staff was totally fine.
The two young Hispanic women preparing the food at the counter are extremely, and exceptionally racist and rude, and the manager too especially to Asians. They skimp on portions of the meats, tomatoes, guacamole, cheese for anyone Asian, Asian Indian, Chinese or Korean, and large portions for White people yet charge the same. Disgusting.
They need some serious sensitivity training. Better still just fire them. The cashier is the only person who cares about customers, he is kind, courteous, and considerate.
The manager needs to be fired along with the two rude racist young Hispanic women.
Promote the guy at the cashier to be the manager and you'll have a well run place that truly cares about people.
