4Dr Friedrich was a professional in every way. He took time to listen to my comments and ask pertinent questions regarding my concerns. He, and every staff member I encountered during my visit, were attentive, and caring. I will refer Dr. Friedrich and his fellow staff members to those I know who are looking for quality Optamolagist care.

Horrible doctor with absolutely no social skills. There are far too many great doctors in NYC- don't waste your time with this one.
Zero stars. Made 4 attempts in 3 days to make an appointment, I either get no answer or put on hold for 5 minutes, followed by the phone ringing and no answer. Worst front office practice I have never experienced. I will bring my business elsewhere.
