2Got my 570xmr here. Good overall experience. Everyone was very friendly, no high pressure or being pushy. Very clean store. Glad I went!
Getting jetski repaired at Doug's, where I bought it. Ordered part and paid for part in August. Part came in, I dropped off the jetski. It's now December 29th, and all I get is runaround and blatant lies from the shop. Still no info about my jetski. Always "let me call you back later today" and I hear nothing. Call back in couple weeks, get "John's not here yet, I'll call you back". I'll hold my breath. Do yourself a favor, and go another half hour to shop in Syracuse.

Tried calling you Christina. "Christina is not here, let me get your number and I'll have her call you back. ". Just look in the garbage can.there's 20 or 30 copies of my number in there, from all the other times no one called me back.
