Wish I would have seen these reviews before going here last night. Worst calzone I've ever eaten, same goes for the boneless wings or whatever they were. The calzone was dry and somehow didn't seem fresh even though I was right there and in-person. Tried to choke it down because I paid $25 after leaving a 20% tip and I was very hungry, but still could only eat a 3rd of it before giving it to someone begging for food outside. The mozzarella is not mozzarella, which was probably the worst part - more like a bland provolone or something. Just awful, will not return. They also got sort of defensive when I kindly pointed out that the prices on the print menu were two dollars less than what I was charged.

My last few visits have been memorable, and not in a good way. I visited about a month ago and was left waiting for almost an hour. When I asked the cashier to simply refund my order and cancel it, I was subsequently attacked verbally by the kitchen staff. Not OK. I was then promised my order in a matter of a few minutes (it had already been nearly an hour) and had the privilege of waiting yet another 20 minutes for a luke warm calzone that wasn't event made to my spec, but also "cheese sticks" which are supposed to be, per the menu, motzeralla cheese with dipping sauce yet are actually cheesy bread. I let that slide.

Then I returned again this evening. I walked to the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. Guy behind the line gave a hello. Then a door dash driver came in and was greeted immediately. Standing RIGHT NEXT TO ME. We then stood there chatting awkwardly for almost 7 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and took my order. I was there for over a half hour for what should have taken 12 minutes tops. Do your employees make tips from Doordarshan orders? Nope. Do they make tips from customers standing in your establishment? Maybe, if they treat them with the priority they deserve.

Your counter person was lucky that I work in the service industry and left them a tip. I would bet that they lose out on a lot with the "grubhub/doordash first" attitude

Best calzones around! Many different flavors or you can customize. My favorite is the passing zone. Bummer it doesn't open til 4 pm. So definitely a dinner or late night option. But well worth it. Affordable.

Staff are some of the rudest and slowest I have ever encountered. The employees there have killed my vibe on more than one occasion.

You can rest assured your food will take forever despite the fact that it is ready made (the cheesy bread has lines where it should have been cut that looked like they were there before they baked it).

That being said it is open late and I have eaten there multiple times so I shouldn’t act surprised when they disappoint me every time.

After waiting 2 hours for a delivery, we were only given 2 of the 7 items we had ordered. After calling and speaking with the manager (on hold for 15 minutes), we were refunded, but we were refused to have our order remade or delivered. The manager/owner/co-owner (seemed confused about what his actual role was), Larry, was extremely rude and did nothing to help deescalate the situation. Since we were denied service, we ordered from the Cortland location instead.

Had D. P. Dough at the Ithaca location several times years ago and was always great. Received undercooked from this location in the center.

SCAM SCAM SCAM…. Stay away. You will wait 2 hours for below average food. Go anywhere else….

It’s always a problem ordering from here weather they forget something or i receive the wrong order.the workers do nothing to help the situation but say contact Uber eats

I order on grubhub, waited for an hour, and never got my food.i tried calling and waited for thirty minutes.every time i tried calling they said they were going to transfer me and to wait.i couldn’t even get a hold of the restaurant.

Food was good however the wait times are insane.seems like they only have one oven and get slammed with orders after dark

Idk, 2.5 stars could be apt, but this is a warning review. Friendly enough staff and I realize many breaks should be given b/c it may be the only late night spot open in the area. BUT this was a debacle and I would definitely steer clear in the future. Sticks and calzone were barely edible even by out-too-late standards. I tipped and made just one request: no plastic bag. But they bagged it up and sent me on my way with something that seemed like the opposite of dough. Bad.

At only $12 per person for TWO calzones, this place is an amazing deal. We've ordered twice this month alone from this place, to delivery near tipp hill, and it's been wonderful every time.

It seems that 90% of the one-star reviews here are really problems with predatory apps like grubhub and uber eats. Order directly from them via phone or their own little webapp, and everything runs perfectly.

I love the BBQ chicken and the combat 'zones the most!

If you want to wait over an hour for a soggy calzone in a crowd of people being screamed at by rude staff members then this is your place:)

Staying in the area at a hotel. Ordered delivery. The toppings in my calzone were wrong, I did not receive the sauces I ordered and paid for, and didn't receive my soda. The delivery driver left the order at the front desk and by the time I got there he was gone so I couldn't even tell him it was wrong. Terrible.do not recommend.

I ordered last night, I’m vegetarian, and I don’t eat meat. I ordered cheesy tots for myself, and received them with bacon. Called today to get it fixed, I wasn’t going to call at 3am and I thought they were closed, and they told me I would’ve had to call last night and they refused to refund me. Unbelievably, I’m vegetarian and I cannot eat meat.

This is the most terrible, non consistent, inconsiderate establishment I’ve literally ever encountered! DO NOT EAT HERE! I ordered my food at 12pm called at 2am to see where it was waited on hold until 3: 30am the lady then goes on to say 10mins I say okay and didn’t receive until 4am food was no longer fresh just old cold food that sat in a so called warmer for 4hrs! Don’t waste you time or money here you will definitely be disappointed!

I wish I could rate this place lower…the service is absolutely horrible. The workers yell at you and swear at you all the time. They leave your food on the counter and make you wait over an hour for the food. When you ask how much longer your food is going to be ready you, again, get another snarky comment as one of the workers swears at you. It’s unreal that no matter how many times people have complained, nothing gets done. Shut it down or fix it.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my food at 1: 40. I called at 3: 30 asking when it was going to be delivered. I then spent 12 minutes on the phone with this guy because he said he couldn’t find my order. I asked him to look in the orders that have been already taken out and he miraculously found my order and said a delivery driver was on his way with it. I called back at 4am and was left on hold for 15 minutes. I used a different number and called back and they answered and said that a Grubhub driver was supposed to come and get it and never did. I then called Grubhub and they said that the restaurant lied to me and that they were the ones that were supposed to deliver it. I called them back and they rudely hung up on me. Regardless if this is the only place to order late night. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Here is three hungry nurses working doubles that now have no where to order food from because they waited until 4am to not deliver our food.
