This place is running scams on people. The way the scam works is they tell you that things that are covered by the insurance aren’t covered by insurance. The way they do this scam is the secretary’s knowingly submit claims to the insurance incorrectly and then barge in the room while your in the dentist chair getting the work in order to put maximum pressure on you to pay out of pocket. They do this because what they get you to pay out of pocket is higher then the negotiated fee the insurance pays them for the same procedures. The secretary’s and dentist are all in on it and the dentist gives them kick backs for running the scam. They have been ripping off their customers for years. If this scam happened to you call your insurance, explain what happened, get your money back, and file a grievance. If enough people file grievances with their insurance they will look into them for the scam they are running
