They answer the phone at reception terribly rudely. I can’t say anything about the doctor, since I didn’t make an appointment with him. There’s a rude girl at the reception, I needed someone who understands Russian to make an appointment. But the Russian-speaking girl doesn’t communicate professionally, you can’t really ask her a question. I’m asking: What kind of blood test should I bring? The answer was simply rude to my question. I canceled my apoitment without ever coming to this clinic. I can imagine what would have happened if I had come and I would have had questions about my health there.

Inadequate nervous receptionist, which spoils the reputation of Alexander Brodsky! It’s just because of the attitude of the receptionist that I’m looking for a new doctor!
