The best doctor in the world. He is really all about his patients and there needs. A doctor that you know has your back literally. As well as a great office that gets right on it for you. Best decision I ever made was going with Dr. Macagno.

The best surgeon for me. His confidence, professionalism, and knowledge helped me tremendously to overcome my fear but more importantly to understand the necessity of having the procedure to ensure better quality of life after my accident. The after care I'm receiving is superb! Healingggggg.

Dr. Macagno is a seasoned veteran. He knows his profession in and out. He always gives me the right advice to help me with my injuries. I highly recommend Dr. Macagno for any spinal issues.

Dr Macagno is indeed an Angel. He did my back surgery in 2021, prior to my surgery I was in excruciating pain night and day and very poor quality of life. My healing process is going to be a long journey.but I can see the light st the end of the tunnel.

Great doctor, extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, she was a great deal of empathy. Although his weight times a long it’s because he takes his time with each and every patient and does not rush you out.

Dr Macagno is the nicest smartest and just all around the best Dr I have ever met and I work in the medical field so that says a lot. He took his time to explain everything to me and he went over ever question I had. Not once did I feel as if I was being rushed out of the office. Plus he is funny. I was crying cause of fear of having another surgery and he was honest about everything. I wish I met him earlier. The whole staff in both offices are amazing. I can not express how happy I am with the practice and with the Drs and PAs. Thank you NYSI since the day I walked into the practice everyone had me feel like I am part of something not just a patient.
