The receptionist didn’t even introduce herself she started off with how may I help you? It is just unprofessional in my opinion to not say the name of the business. I was trying to find the phone number to the dentist i was referred by I said sorry give me a sec.barely a minute had past when she said “call me back when you have all the information ok” like what? I just hung up because I can already tell by her attitude I won’t like that place. I’m sorry you are not satisfied with your job but that’s not my problem

This review I'm doing on behalf of my dad. He went to visit Dr. Ziegler for two root canal procedures today. The doctor and staff provided excellent service, answered any questions I had, made me feel comfortable and the procedure went smoothly. Their services I highly recommend.

Ben Ziegler is a miracle worker. I walked in there shaking like a leaf about my multiple root canals. He was comforting, personable, informative, and amazing at the job. I felt no pain and even then he constantly asked if I was, in case more was anesthetic was needed. The post procedure instructions are clear and he gave me Tylenol and my first day of antibiotics in case I couldn't make it to the pharmacy. I can't recommend him highly enough

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Ziegler and it was a wonderful experience. (or at least as wonderful of an experience as a root canal can be) The staff was courteous when making the appointment and while I was in the office. Knowing how nervous I was, Dr Ziegler took his time to explain each step to me, which was very calming. He also made sure to ask a few times if I was feeling any pain, which I wasn't. The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes. I did not have any pain or discomfort in the days following the procedure either. I hope I don't need any more root canals, but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else except to Dr. Ziegler.

Believe all the negative reviews on this page cause its true. Waste my time went here today.i spent 2 minutes took an x-ray was told to leave the office after telling them i was waiting on my transportation. Then received a call later in the evening saying he cant do the rooth canal because he dont have a miscroscope some b.s. DO NOT GO AT THIS PLACE

Waste of time said he couldn’t see how to perform the root canal go find someone else. Don’t know how you become a endo with that kinda answer lol

Dr Benjamin Ziegler has the magic hands in doing my root canal didn’t feel a thing or flinch. The best endodontist I ever went. I reccomend anybody that needs a root canal to go to dr Benjamin Ziegler.

Absolutely the least uncomfortable experience EVER with any dental professional to ever touch my mouth, and with a chairside manner and courteous staff any and everyone should want to know of. Both thumbs up for this doctor and his entire office!

My referral was clearly for a CT dental scan but instead received a run of the mill xray. Waste of time! The dentist told me he could not perform a root canal because he doesn’t have a microscope and my “canals are not clear enough? ” Extremely confused. I have a cracked tooth without any decay?

All the negative reviews are completely true. I had a referral that specifically stated that I needed a retreatment of a previous root canal. This morning I go the my appointment at which time no one says anything when I give them the referral. I go in and see Doctor Ziegler and he does an examination and again he says nothing regarding the retreatment. In the afternoon I get a call from the front desk and they say the doctor does not do retreatments. Why would they not tell me this as soon as they see the referral or even the doctor once he examined the tooth. It seems that they pick and choose who they prefer to treat then make bogus excuses for the rest.

Dr Zeigler was wonderful and professional. He put me at ease with his easy going and comfortable manner. I had 3 root canals done all in the same visit and everything went well. I would recommend Dr Zeigler highly! The whole experience was wonderful!

Came in as a referral for a RCT and Dr. Ziegler made the procedure enjoyable. Got in signed paperwork, took some x rays and got straight to work. He made sure to start with what was giving me the most trouble and ensured that I didn't feel any pain. Even checked on me every step of the way. Also followed up post operation. By far the best visit I've ever had!

Had my root canal done and it was fast and painless. Dr. Z is very talented, friendly and I would def recommend his services! I was originally scared going in before having the procedure but once he started I instantly felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. Dr. Z is the man with the magic hands.yes my initial appointment took a while to get and when I went in for the first appointment I went in they took a X-ray n told me they had to wait for my other X-rays to see if my teeth would be suitable for the procedure. I was initially upset for driving 20 mins for a 2 min appointment but it was def worth it after getting approved to move forward. Office is clean and Dr. Z is amazing!

Starting off: The reception is very rude and acts like she’s working for free. After months of waiting for an appointment, we went in for 3 minutes and Ziegler asked us to leave after taking 1 X-Ray and didn’t say 1 word about the procedure. He didn’t address me once. Told me to “move quick because I’m busy, ” then ran across the room. Then we asked him a question about root canals, and he said he was uncomfortable doing the procedure. Don’t waste your time.

Waited six weeks in pain for them to tell they don't accept my insurance. I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before i wasted my time! Read those bad reviews they are pretty accurate. Feel Better.

Dr. Zeigler is the best root canel specialist you can find. I had many root canels procedures in my life, but his treatment is another level of professionalism. He is definitely The master of root canels. It was tooth #2, all the way at the back, and still, it didn't make it any harder for him, like usually the back teeth are harder to reach. He finished all the procedures at one time, within 1/2 an hour, while I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. As a matter of fact, I felt as if my previous traumas of being afraid to go to the dentist were all cleared out thanks to him.
His office stuff was also super efficient and professional in making the appointment, informing me about the price, which was lower than many other dentists, and when I got there, my appointment was right on time without any delays or any wait time.
I'm so grateful to find such a good dentist and knowing that from now on I have were to come for me & my family dental care.

Hands down best experience, was alil nervous coming into my first root canal but didn’t feel no pain whatsoever and Dr Ziegler took about 25 mins and done! Would recommend to anyone who needs root canals done!

After calling for many days, no one answered. When I finally got through, the operator said, "Please wait. " Then I couldn't get through the phone anymore.
