Dr. Beth Wiedeman reviews
5Dr. Wiedeman is very patient, honest and sincere. She isn't our primary doctor but after this visit, I would be happy to have her as mine or my children's primary physician. She is very thorough with her questions and we weren't rushed for answers. I am glad we had her to help work through my daughter's concussion.
Dr. Beth and her staff are absolutely the best! I used to go to her when she was located in Canastota. I live near Camden so when Dr. Beth moved to Fayetteville, I started to see the PA here. Then both the PA and doctor left Camden, so I decided to make the drive to Fayetteville to see Dr. Beth again. So glad I did! Got a lot of questions answered and never felt pushed or hurried. I left there feeling really good about my decision. Yes, it's a long drive, but SO worth it!
I am so glad to have found Dr. Wiedeman after my last provider left her practice. Beth is a caring practitioner who consistently listens to whatever I'm experiencing and uses her knowledge and research to provide me with the right rememdies. She is also friendly, easy going and I felt at ease with her from my very first visit. Definitely recommend her.
Dr Wiederman doesn't even deserve a one star. Dr Wiederman walked out of the examine room that I was in; after I questioned her about having to wait an hour for me to be seen. I simply said it wasn't an appointment if I had to wait an hour! I was very sick with a wicked cold/ flu/ sinus like virus and was simply asking her what took so long, when indeed there were no patients in the waiting room at all when I signed in. The doctor never apologized for my wait time. Her explanation was that it takes 5 minutes or fifteen minutes to see a patient and it is a night appointment. A simple apology would of been appropriate. If the shoe was on the other foot she would of felt the same way I did. I'm no less of a person than the next person! This Doctor couldn't distinguish between me asking a question politely and yelling. Bc I asked a question about my wait time, she felt her integrity was questioned: when it deed it wasn't. The nurse came in my exam room 45 minutes after my appointment waving (very unprofessional) a 12 " Q-tip in the air saying I might have the flu, so she wanted to swab my nasal path. She disappeared! So I was asked to leave the office ; by this nurse who flipped her name tag over when I asked what her name was, when I said to the doctor at the desk ; if you cannot tell the difference between a question and yelling, you need to find a different profession. If this nurse had nothing to hide then why didn't she give her name? Very unprofessional all around
Dr Beth Wiedeman is simply the best doctor I have EVER seen! She gives you her undivided attention and all the time you need at your appointment. I never feel rushed. She is very kind, caring and very knowledgeable. And if she’s not sure about something, she’s honest and says she doesn’t, and then will find out for you. Sure, I have waited a few minutes in the waiting room, as well, but I never complain about that because I’m sure it’s because she giving her patients exactly the same great care she gives me, and my husband, and gives them more than other doctor’s standard 5 or maybe 10 minutes.
I love her nurses too! A Very caring and very professional team, indeed! I’m only sorry the rating only goes to a 5. This doctor and her staff deserve a 10+
