3Great doctor, very knowledgeable and takes time with you. Location is very convenient and there is no problem getting appointments
Not responsive and hard to reach. Called on a Friday when, by their recording, they were supposed to be open. They were not. When I finally reached them I was told they simply closed early that day, no explanation. Had to call again because some hospital records were ordered and it was several weeks since we were in the office. Found out the records had come in "within the week" but the doctor hadn't gotten to them yet. Makes me wonder if she would ever had looked, had I not called. All I see is lazy care at this office.
Despite the office staff Dr. Castiglia has great bedside manner. Unfortunately her office staff has been habitually disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m done. Will seek out another GP.
