Dr. Ruotolo and his staff are amazing! He recently operated on my husband Georgios’s shoulder. Thank God, he had minimal pain and is recovering well. The staff at all of the Ortho locations are fantastic! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I highly recommend this practice! Great doctor and office. Had surgery on my bicep and Dr. Ruotolo made recovery a breeze! Will use this orthopedic office for all my physical aches and ailments.

I've only been once, but everyone at Total Orthapedics was extremely nice and professional. Dr. Charles Ruotolo explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions he will be performing my surgery. I also would thank Catie Clarke the Surgical Coordinator she too was very nice and helpful.

I would shout from the rooftops how great Dr. Ruotolo and her entire staff are. They were beyond fantastic with our little girl and looked forward to seeing them every month. My little girl had a hemgioma and after a year of treatment from Dr. Ruotolo and her staff, we have absolutely nothing to worry about anymore. I had a shoulder surgery with Dr. Ruotolo, and all I can say that he saved my career with his great work. I had fracture in my collarbone which was really bad, I was worried not be able to work or to do sport again, but because of his help and because he did really good work I am back to all my activities with no limitations thank God!

Any doctors office you go to these days. Your gonna have delays. In my book might means it’s busy which means he/she is a good doctor. Dr ruotolo is a professional and recognized by others as well. Good surgeon recovered well. Bottom line a good surgeon. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. If you need surgery. Don’t be afraid by these bad opinions.

Great to see NUMC finally cleaning out the criminal doctor network with Charles Ruotolo's removal. However there are real victims of NUMC's murderous ICU practices you have yet to step up and acknowledge after ousting the criminal doctors, ceo's and security officers that contaminated a historic place of healing. 12yrs and all Dr. Ruotolo's NUMC's office staff could do was hang up on me never telling me who the fake psychiatrist who entered the ICU attempting to diagnose me unannounced while intentionally holding the trauma's outcome with all 3 others dead! TIME TO STAND UP NUMC!
