Dr Christiane Ashba DMD, Clifton Park NY

This “Dentist” is rude beyond belief. She should be called a bully instead. On my 2nd visit she pushed me in the chair and held me down by my shoulder and drilled my tooth all the way to the nerve. There was nothing wrong with that tooth at all. The next Dentist I went to was baffled w/what happened and said there was no reason for her to drill that tooth, esp.to go so deep to expose the nerve. She continued to hold me in the chair (I was in shock or else I would have obviously ran out of there.) and then proceeded to shave off the bottoms of my front 2 teeth. Making them look weird and short. I don’t understand why she did these things to me. When I originally told her I wasn’t comfortable with her touching me because her and the receptionist were whispering about me having “ghetto insurance” as the desk lady put it, she laughed at me and that’s when she pushed me in the chair. VERY forcefully. When I asked why they were blatantly talking about me they both verbally attacked me. I have tried reporting this to my insurance company but no one there cares. Every time I write a review it gets erased. It’s her word against mine. She’s a “Dentist” and at that time I just had “ghetto insurance”. She ruined my smile and has not been held accountable for it AT ALL. Also, on my first visit she filled a cavity that fell out not even 2 weeks later. I would NEVER recommend anyone to make an appt.with her office.

I have EXTREME ANXIETY going to a dendist. This dendist office and staff is AMAZING. I would recommend anyone to go here. For they all made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Everything was great? The doctor and staff are nice, knowledgable and listened to all concerns. Making appointment was easy and the building is very clean. Easy to say that I don't mind going to the dentist at all.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Loved the atmosphere, the staff, and the office. I was greeted as I arrived and they focused on my safety by teaching me their new processes because of the coronavirus pandemic. Teamwork and family atmosphere is what I expect from a service provider and that’s what I got. I was been told that I have to do a lot of fillings in both my left and right side although my right side teeth were fine but she said no they need fillings on the top and the bottom, well, I said ok, I guess she knows better, She was gentle with the filling process however when I left the office I was happy, but then I realized that she gave me A LOT of scratches on the corner of my lips and I was bleeding besides, my rightside teeth really hurt and I did not feel any pain on them before bx my issue was on the left side! I could not eat for 3 days from the pain, and the fillings that I have gotten they had texture on them they do not feel like my natural teeth which really bothers me alot I think she forgot to weld them, i am not going back for my left side, I think I will have to find a different Doctor, I really think that I was charged for something that I wasn't suppose to be charged for because it was fine before I went to her office, Also not to mention after the procedure was done she left those huge dark blue materialin my teeth that I struggled to take out and some of it is still stuck on my upper teeth. I am still on pain and can not eat very well bc any thing that touches my teeth just feels weird and un comfortable, I am really sad for the experience I had

Meticulous work! Fast and painless! The staff is superb. Really state of the art dental office.

I was very satisfied with the service from the coming into the office till the ending. My son was scheduled today and I was for another day but lucky for me I was able to be seen that same day. They were kind, patience, and we’re willing to help and answer questions, this is the first dentist visit that I was not terrified of and I was very satisfied. I definitely recommend this dentist office. Thank you everyone for making me feel comfortable.

Kelly at the front desk is awesome. Felicity gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Ashba is wonderful. They all make you feel like you would want to actually see the dentist. Thank you for taking such good care if me and my child!

Dr. Ashba and her team are wonderful and so accommodating. Never a long wait when in office and can always get you in quick when you need an appointment. She explains everything in detail.
