2 I got a root canal on a front tooth. …$2300.
Exactly 10 days later the entire tooth broke off at the gum line from eating a slice of pizza. I immediately called Dr. Joubert to find out what to to and was told he “was on vacation “. I asked that he would call me back when he returned. He never did call.
A week later I called again and was told “he was busy, and I was told my root canal was not guaranteed before I had the procedure” I was never told this. I was hoping he would correct the situation or give a partial refund for this botched job. No such luck!
Nothing was ever discussed or offered.
I Eventually I went to another Dentist and had everything straightened out…another $3200 for that. If you go to this guy don’t expect any guarantees……!
Amazing endodontist! If you need a root canal he is the absolute best!
