Very cold doctor. No after procedure instructions, no bedside manner. Tried to ask questions didn't really answer and was very short acted like he was in a hurry. 1 shot in my lower back and he told me at follow up visit that there is nothing more he can do for me. He is a pain management doctor, but nothing more can be done. Did not even want to keep me out of work even though I still can't walk. Just a terrible Doctor. I give him zero stars if I could!

I ruptured my L4 disc, I could barely walk the pain was excruciating. Dr. Bagnall gave me steroid injections in L4 and l5. Recovery is slow a couple of weeks but I'm almost pain free. It's fantastic to be able to walk again without severe pain. His injections are almost pain free and well worth having. I am so thankful to have him for a doctor.

Fights to get you where you want to be, has gotten me physical therapy, when the insurance companies don't seem to want to. Physical therapy to me is the most effective form of medicine.

Dr. Bagnall is a rare doctor who actually listens and cares about how he can make my days better. He is on top of his game every time and I appreciate his efforts. He’s helped me live my best life.

Dr. Bagnall has made it possible for me to remain active. I’m a competitive runner and fitness instructor and without him, I’m not sure if I’d be able to continue being as athletic. I can’t say enough good things about him and his office.

The visit was worthless, a waste of time, money and breath. Dr. Bagnall is proof that some doctors are doctors in name and title only.

Not compassionate, unethical and a liar on regards to my mom's injuries. I wish I can give him zero stars

Dr. Bagnall is a real professional. One of the few doctors who can provide the procedure I needed done. He is very talented and if you are looking for guidance, he is who I recommend.

I spent more time filling out the insurance paperwork for his office than Dr. Bagnall spent with me. He did not examine me or go over my post-surgical notes before telling me there was nothing to be done about my pain! But I was to take heart because "thousands of people have chronic pain, so you're not alone. " I do not recommend him. Going to Bagnall is like asking a stranger off the street for a qualified medical opinion. I'm giving one star because in order to post a review you have to click one. If there were negative stars I'd click those.

Dr. Bagnal spent a lot of time with me and I trust his diagnosis. The staff has also been very helpful.

This doctors office is absolutely horrible. Would mot recommend this office for a "penny"s cost. I had an appointment to see this physician. I left work early lost a half a days pay. Called the office@11: 20 while on Sheridan to say Id be running a couple of minutes late (appt at 11: 20) By definition a couple of minutes typically means 2-3 maybe five minutes not 15 not 45. The person I spoke with said she would have to cancel my appointment because I wasn't allowed to run late and on top of it the good doctor had paperwork for me to fill out which they advised me of that very morning. I spoke with the office manager and administrative manager asking why the staff lied and said that I claimed I would be 15-45 minutes late and why they canceled my appt. Her response was I should have just came in and never called. I thought I was being courteous or at least this is the general manner that I follow apparently this office lacks in same courteous manner and to put words in a patients mouth and claim the patient said it is obviously extremely unprofessional. The office gets two thumbs down.

Dr Bagnal only spent about 7 min with me over an injury I’ve been dealing with for years. He didn’t listen to my concerns and asked me what I wanted or expected. (I didn’t know how to answer that, I thought he was going to answe that for me) I Told him that I and my chiropractor thought I need more imaging, he said it wasn’t necessary. He saw no problem here. He told me that some people just have “chronic muscle pain for no reason” Well my primary physician, who is great, listened to me. I tried everything I could to help and nothing worked or has worked, rest from workouts, months of PT and no change. My primary ordered me a MRI that Dr Bagnall wouldn’t do for me (because he didn’t take the Time to listen) The MRI revealed two herniated discs and disc fragment protruding into a nerve which is causing me pain and spams. My next steps are a neurosurgeon consult. Dr Bagnall shut me up and didn’t give me the time of day to direct me to the correct treatment that I needed. He only recommended injections or drugs which was not the answer I was looking for. He didn’t even explain any of these treatments and the secretary handed me paperwork that he didn’t go over with me. My impression that all he cared about was prescribing something or providing inaccurate treatment to make himself some money. Maybe I misunderstood what an ortho does, but I know this is not that. Don’t waste your time.
