5I’d been waiting for years to finally see Dr. Guttman. I’ve suffered my whole life w/ eczema. I paid around $700 cash because I felt I’d receive the best care and it would be worth it. I waited an eternity in waiting room. When in clinic, Dr Guttman seemed arrogant and impatient, but I was still hopeful. She injected me with Dipumulab in the office and then intensely pressured me to join her clinical trial. She handed me a ton of paperwork and almost bullied me into it, until I finally trusted my gut and declined. It felt like all she really cared about. After I left, I began having an adverse reaction and trouble breathing, so I called the office. They paged her. She didn’t reply. Hours later, still no phone call. Clinic told me to go to the hospital. Why should I pay an ER visit because the doctor I just paid $700 cash for doesn’t even care to call me back after an adverse event? ! Do you want to know when she finally returned my call? ……. The answer is never. I’m writing this a year later, and I never heard from Dr. Guttman again. She doesn’t care about her patients. She’s just a money grubbing imposter.
She was rushed and didn’t address my issue. Also, she doesn’t participate in insurance so a visit for me was $660.
Dr. Guttman is truly an angel. I developed severe eczema 3 years ago and have seen 4 different dermatologists who prescribed $2500 worth of creams and tapes and ointments with very little results.after one visit where she assured me she would help.my skin has improved 90% and the horrible itching is almost gone. She knows what shes doing and her staff is super friendly and couldn't be more concerned about your well being. Dr. Guttman is everything you hope to find when you need to see a doctor and I'm thankful I found her
She never spent more than 2 minutes on meeting.she makes you feel that she is very busy and has other something that more important (than you).
