Dr. Farshad D. Hannanian, M. D.is nothing short of a medical miracle worker. (My Opinion) After enduring years of health struggles and feeling dismissed by other doctors, finding Dr. Farshad was a turning point. This compassionate and attentive physician took the time to truly listen, unraveling the complexities of my health issues. In a short time, Dr. Farshad not only understood my concerns but also identified the root causes of my suffering. If you’re been through the frustration of doctors who don’t listen, Dr. Farshad makes a difference! Highly recommended!

I usually do not write reviews. I am writing this review for Dr Hannanian because he really helped me with my serious back pain I have when I walk. I need Surgery to have 2 disc removed and at the point where I could barely walk. I have been very depressed and all I did since the Covid-19 hit, I stayed in bed most of the day. I asked the Dr if he gives trigger point injections and he gave me 3 injections at first I. A day after the injections, I noticed that the pain had gone away temporarily and I could normally walk W/O pain. I thanked the Doctor so much for helping. He is is a great doctor, I get 3 different vitamins and I think a mineral that help heal damaged nerves. The pain is is so bad and very rarely get a good night sleep so he gives me something to help me sleep! If you're suffering like me I highly recommend that you go and see the Doctor
The Waiting room is never crowded and the restroom are very clean. Finally, I have to say that his staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're suffering like me I sincerely suggest that you call and make an appointment. I do have to edit my experience at Dr Hannanian. When you speak to a doctor they MUST LISTEN to everything you say. I found out that I told he sever time times, it seemed that he was listing but was not. My house is a mess and I explained that I honestly misplaced medication. I told his this and also told him if I couldn't find the medication that I'd have to go into the hospital. He told me that he would rewrite the medication but when he went to his secretary she informed him that I had recently got the medication and the prescription was never written so basically he was not listening to me. Fortunately I knew the medication had to be within a foot of me was a place is such a mess. About 4 months later under address I thought I saw a few bottles of medication I bent down and pulled out the bottle of pills that I was missing. It was originally written for 90 pills and I counted 88 of them. I've also had some other problems with him, he received the letter from my workers' Compensation Board about pain medication which had nothing to do with his treatment towards me. He calls me up and tells me that he cannot prescribe that medication to me anymore which is not a pain medication it's a medication called Klonopin. In the letter that my pain doctor received and that he received there was no mention of the drug Klonopin in the letter but he still wanted to take me off that medication. Before that I was on alprazolam for 25 years from my primary care doctor and realized that I was taking too many so I went to a psychiatrist who advised me to get on Klonopin which is much more long-acting than Xanax. About last year sometime I went into the hospital very sick in withdrawal and they had to admit me, I was detoxed off of the Xanax and put on Klonopin 2 mg three times a day if I needed lorazepam I would be given a 2 mg injection of it PRN as needed if I was noticing any auditory hallucinations which I hadn't or any visual hallucinations which I hadn't either but my hands did feel quite tight and I was hearing the the ballast in the fluorescent light. My ears are very sensitive to vibrations maybe that's one reason why I have perfect pitch, some people may not hear the ballast but I was which is perfectly normal I wasn't hearing anything that I should never have heard. Every time I ask them for the lorazepam they asked me like six questions do I hear anything do I see anything do I smell anything can I hear people talking and everything I heard was real like I said the ballast but my eyes were very sensitive to the lights and my hands were very tight so I was giving the lorazepam 2 mg IV push then I was given another 2 mg of clonazepam, if I needed the Lorazepam again, they would ask me the questions and I would let them know. Besides being prescribed Klonopin lorazepam, Zolpidem and Restoril at bedtime if I ask for it. I didn't know it was in my order until the last night but I don't believe It was used. I don't think it's a good sleeping pill.

I see Dr. Hannanian for over a year now due to an injury and over that time he has taken his time to do a wide range of tests to figure out where my pain in coming from And has prescribed me different medicines and vitamins to help. He is a very nice man and seems to really care about me. I go to see him in Ridgewood which is an extremely busy practice but he still takes his time with me which I love. I feel very comfortable with him and would recommend him as an exceptional neurologist.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice. The DR was able to help me sufficiently. I had a bad headache more than 10 years that had been diagnosed as sinusitis by other doctors but Dr Hannanian recognized as migraine. He prescribe one pill daily it not only helps to not having headaches but also I feel much better to manage my stress. The Secretary is friendly and very nice. Thank you

Dr. Hannanian has an amazing bed side manner. He is able to recognize the issues immediately. Even things I didn't know were relevant to the pains I was having. I will tell my family and friends. Thank you Dr.
